CALL-IN TIME AND PAY. Section 19.1. Call-in Time: Call-in time is defined as time for work assigned by the Communications Director or the Director's designated representative, consistent with Center rules and regulations, and performed by an operator at a time disconnected from the operator's normal or prescheduled hours of work. Call-in time is not extra time at the beginning or end of the normal or prescheduled hours of work. An operator called in to the Communications Center will be paid for the time at the job site only.

CALL-IN TIME AND PAY. 1. Call-In Time: Call-in time is defined as unscheduled time for work assigned by the City and performed by an employee at a time disconnected from his/her normal and pre-scheduled hours of work excluding the thirty minutes prior to a scheduled work shift.

  • Call-In Time 17.1 All employees called in, except as provided below, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time The prepaid leave provisions as set out in Article 11.11 of the Collective Agreement shall apply provided the overall total does not exceed ten (10) nurses at any one time and no more than one (1) at any one time in any one unit.

  • CALL TIME Section 1. Employees who have been called in to work outside of their regular shift schedule shall be paid at the appropriate rate for the hours worked or a minimum of three hours' pay at the employee's regular straight time hourly rate, whichever is greater. Call time pay begins when employees report to their assigned work site ready for work. Employees will be permitted to leave the work site when the work assignment that is the reason for the call time is completed unless the employee's scheduled work shift has commenced. There shall be no duplication of hours or pay.

  • Delivery and Payment Delivery of and payment for the Underwritten Securities and the Option Securities (if the option provided for in Section 2(b) hereof shall have been exercised on or before the third Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date) shall be made on the date and at the time specified in Schedule I hereto or at such time on such later date not more than three Business Days after the foregoing date as the Representatives shall designate, which date and time may be postponed by agreement between the Representatives and the Company or as provided in Section 9 hereof (such date and time of delivery and payment for the Securities being herein called the “Closing Date”). Delivery of the Securities shall be made to the Representatives for the respective accounts of the several Underwriters against payment by the several Underwriters through the Representatives of the purchase price thereof to or upon the order of the Company by wire transfer payable in same-day funds to an account specified by the Company. Delivery of the Underwritten Securities and the Option Securities shall be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company unless the Representatives shall otherwise instruct. If the option provided for in Section 2(b) hereof is exercised after the third Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will deliver the Option Securities (at the expense of the Company) to the Representatives, at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx, xx the date specified by the Representatives (which shall be within three Business Days after exercise of said option) for the respective accounts of the several Underwriters, against payment by the several Underwriters through the Representatives of the purchase price thereof to or upon the order of the Company by wire transfer payable in same-day funds to an account specified by the Company. If settlement for the Option Securities occurs after the Closing Date, the Company will deliver to the Representatives on the settlement date for the Option Securities, and the obligation of the Underwriters to purchase the Option Securities shall be conditioned upon receipt of, supplemental opinions, certificates and letters confirming as of such date the opinions, certificates and letters delivered on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 6 hereof.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.
