Call Taker Supervisors. The Company agrees to post a monthly schedule of shifts for all Call Taker Supervisors covered by this Agreement not later than five (5) days prior to the first day of the monthly schedule. Said schedule shall include the starting and quitting times of each shift that is to be worked by employees in the bargaining unit. The Company may change the work schedule subsequent to posting, in the event of requirements caused by shift bidding. The posted schedule shall indicate shifts anticipated for a four (4) week period.
Call Taker Supervisors. Full-time Call Taker Supervisors shall be entitled to one (1) twenty- five (25) minute rest period with pay and two (2) ten (10) minute rest periods with pay in an eight (8) hour shift.
Call Taker Supervisors. Seniority, qualifications and ability to be able to perform the normal functions of the job shall be the governing factor in all matters of promotion, demotion, and awarding of a new full-time position or vacancy. Employees will be laid off or reduced to part-time when necessary in reverse order of seniority providing the senior employee possesses the ability to be able to perform the normal functions of the job. Employees will be recalled to work in order of seniority providing the senior employee possesses the ability to be able to perform the normal functions of the job.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member.   • Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.

  • Supervisor A. Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out.
