CALLINPAY. Drivers who are scheduled to work, or are called into work, for a field trip which occurs outside the normal school hours shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the appropriate rate outlined in Section A & B of this Article. Call in pay described in this section is intended to guarantee a driver no less than three (3) hours of pay at the appropriate rate and is not intended to supplement actual driving time. Trips occurring during normal school hours (commencing between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.) will be paid at the number of actual hours worked.

CALLINPAY. Subject to the Employment Standards Act, if a maintenance employee is called to work, before the regular start of their shift; they will have an option to stay for an amount of time equal to their normal shift. If they choose to stay, once they have corrected the problem they were originally called in for, they must report to the shift supervisor to receive work orders for the remainder of their shift. Pay to be 4 hours call-in pay plus hours worked at their regular pay rate. Any other employee called in to work after punching out, following completion of his/her regular scheduled working hours and before his/her next scheduled reporting time, shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at his/her regular hourly rate in respect to each such call in, or paid for actual time worked at his/her applicable rate, if greater. When filling in for emergency overtime for the convenience of the company, pay to be made with no loss to the member.

  • Mass Calling CLEC and Sprint shall cooperate and share pre-planning information, where available, regarding cross-network call-ins expected to generate large or focused temporary increases in call volumes, to prevent or mitigate the impact of these events on the public switched network.   • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed.   • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Business Partners Red Hat has entered into agreements with other organizations (“Business Partners”) to promote, market and support certain Software and Services. When Client purchases Software and Services through a Business Partner, Red Hat confirms that it is responsible for providing the Software and Services to Client under the terms of this Agreement.   • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure.

  • STOPWORK MEETINGS 30.1 Subject to subsections 30.2 to 30.5, the employer shall allow every employee covered by this Agreement to attend, on ordinary pay, at least two meetings (each of a maximum of two hours' duration) in each year (being the period beginning on the 1st day of January and ending on the following 31st day of December) with their representatives.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.
