Camp Accommodation. 22.1 Living Allowance will not apply where employees can be accommodated at a Camp arranged for by the Employer, in which case the Employer will pay the cost of the accommodation provided. However, an employee, if he so chooses, may accept the applicable Living Allowance in lieu of the accommodation provided by the Employer.
22.2 Where camp accommodation is not provided for in the attached Schedules, camp conditions shall be determined at a pre-job meeting.
22.3 The Employer will arrange to keep the cafeteria open for a reasonable time after work to permit employees to clean up before eating.
Camp Accommodation. Adequate accommodation and nutritional well-balanced meals shall be provided when an employee is required to be on duty in a camp. Details shall be determined at the local level.

Camp Accommodation. If the Company is charged by BHP Billiton for camp accommodation and meals then the Company will pay such cost up to a maximum of $280.00 per week. Any cost over this amount will be charged to the Employee via payroll deductions. Where the Company is not charged for the cost of camp accommodation or meals then there will be no additional benefit.
Camp Accommodation. 1.8.1 During the Term the Owner’s site accommodation will be available to the Contractor’s employees and agents and its Subcontractors’ employees and agents. The cost of accommodation will be $ [***] per person per day until the Overburden Removal Commencement Date and $ [***] per person per day thereafter. The charges for Owner’s site accommodation are subject to escalation or de-escalation during the Term, In accordance with Article 4.0.
1.8.2 The Contractor shall contact the Owner to obtain prior approval for accommodation at the Owner’s site. Failure to obtain the necessary approval shall result in accommodation not being allocated, and the Owner will not be responsible for any costs so incurred.
1.5.3 The Owner’s site accommodation cost includes breakfast, dinner and a bagged lunch on a daily basis.
1.8.4 The Contractor shall advise the Owner’s site accommodation housing office of termination, layoffs and days off on a daily basis during the Construction period and its accommodation requirements on a monthly and annual basis thereafter.
1.8.5 The Contractor, its employees and agents and Subcontractors and their employees and agents shall be responsible for adhering to any and all published or posted rules and procedures with respect to the use of the Owner’s site accommodation.
1.8.6 Public parking space will be available adjacent to the Owner’s site accommodation on a first-come first-served basis. The Contractor shall be responsible, without cost to the Owner, for transportation of its employees and agents and its Subcontractors’ employees and agents between the Owner’s site Canadian Natural Resources Limited Section “D” — Compensation
Camp Accommodation. The Camp Accommodation Agreement entered into between the British Columbia Yukon Territory Build- ing and Construction Trades Council and Construction Labour Relations Association of B.C. September 1, 1987 - August 31, 1997 shall be part of this Agreement.
