Cancellation and Return Policy. Users and Employee Accounts may cancel a new line of Service within 30 days of activation (“Cancellation Period”), if the User: (a) contacts Contractor to cancel Service; and (b) returns the Like New Product (defined below) through Purchasing Entity’s Contractor account representative, or team, or location from which it was purchased with proof of purchase. The “Return Period” is thirty (30) calendar days from the Product’s purchase date. Only Like New Products returned with proof of purchase to Purchasing Entity’s Contractor account representative or team or location from which it was purchased within the Return Period are eligible for a refund of the purchase price. A “Like New Product” is a Product purchased from Contractor that is in its original packaging with all original contents, undamaged, and in good working condition with no material alterations to the Product’s hardware or software, as determined by Contractor in its sole discretion. Purchasing Entity may be required to pay a commercially reasonable restocking fee for failing to return a Product with included packaging, manuals or accessories, or if the Product returned is in a damaged, altered or destroyed condition. Even if Purchasing Entity cancels Service and/or returns any Product as provided herein, Purchasing Entity must pay all Service and usage Charges incurred thru the end of Purchasing Entity’s Service term or return date and any applicable subsequent penalties or assessments. If a User attempts to cancel Service, but does not return the applicable Product or if such Product is returned in a damaged, altered or destroyed condition, Contractor may take one or more of the following actions: (i) prevent such Product from working on any network; (ii) charge an early termination fee (if such line of Service is subject to an early termination fee); (iii) elect not to process Service cancellation; or (iv) charge such User the suggested retail price or the cost to repair the applicable Product, (which may be greater than the price paid for such Product), plus any shipping and handling charges. Except for the 30-calendar day Return Period, the cancellation and return policies in this Section 13 will not apply to Users who purchase Product(s) through Contractor’s EIP or a Contractor leasing program and the terms of that program’s agreement will supersede and control the purchase or lease of those Products.

Cancellation and Return Policy. Buyer cancellation charges for standard orders is 25%. Orders for non-standard equipment and parts are subject to the manufacturers cancelation policy if charges are greater than 25% of the sale up to 100% of the sale.
Cancellation and Return Policy. All requested cancellations and returns are subject to Telestream’s unilateral discretion, and Customer may not cancel any accepted orders or return any Products without Telestream’s prior written consent. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Accepted cancellations or returns are subject to a cancellation or restocking charge which may change from time to time. Contact Telestream to determine the exact amount. Telestream may deduct the amount of the cancellation or restocking fee from any payments it makes to Customer.

Manufacturer, Publisher, and Supplier Restrictions If the manufacturer or publisher of any Product requires authorization for resale, then Clipper Controls will not be obligated to sell such Product to Buyer unless Clipper Controls has received notification of such authorization from the manufacturer or publisher. All Products delivered to Buyer hereunder may have additional restrictions on their use required by the manufacturer or publisher. Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring its adherence to any and all such restrictions and requirements. If any supplier prohibits Clipper Controls from selling specific Products to Buyer, then Clipper Controls reserves the right not to sell such Products to Buyer. Labor Laws We certify that the goods furnished in performance of this purchase order were produced in compliance with all applicable labor laws. Force Majeure Deliveries may be suspended by either party in case of Act of God, war, riots, fire, explosion, flood, strike, lockout, injunction, or any cause beyond the control of such party, preventing the manufacture, shipment, acceptance or consumption of a shipment of the goods or of the material upon which the manufacture of the goods is dependent. If because of any such circumstance, Clipper Controls is unable to supply the total demand for the goods, Clipper Controls may allocate its available supply among itself and all of its customers, including those not under contract, in an equitable manner. Such deliveries so suspended shall be canceled without liability, but the contract shall otherwise remain unaffected.

Cancellation and Return Policy. If the Customer cancels a supply, the Customer is obliged to compensate XXXXXX for any loss and any cost, which XXXXXX may have incurred, including any costs in relation to XXXXXX’x supplier. Returns are not accepted. XXXXXX may, however, agree to take back a supply or part of a supply in special cases. A minimum fee of 20% of the paid purchase price for the returned supply will be charged. A minimum charge of DKK 1.500 will apply. Cancellation and Return Policy. There is a Return Period during which you can cancel a newly activated line of Service without paying a cancellation fee. The Return Period is 14 calendar days from the date of Service activation or 30 days from the Phone’s purchase date if you have not activated Service (the Return Period may be longer in some states, such as CA – visit xxx.x-xxxxxx.xxx, or ask a sales or customer care representative). Even if you cancel Service, you must pay all Service and other charges incurred prior to cancellation. In order to receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and rebates) of your Phone, you must return it in ”like-new” condition with proof of purchase to the place of purchase during the Return Period along with its original packaging and contents. You may be required to pay a restocking fee. The purchase price of your Phone may have been subsidized to facilitate your subscription to the Service. If you cancel service and do not return the Phone in “like-new” condition within the Return Period, you will be charged for the difference between the full retail price of the Phone without activation (which may be more than the price with Service activation) and the price you paid for the Phone (minus rebate). This Sec. 5 does not apply to Phone upgrade, replacement, exchange or other similar programs; see those program materials for details.
