Car and Mileage Allowance. A. Employees may qualify for a monthly car allowance when their job duties require the use of their personal vehicle on a regular and consistent basis. Employees who use their personal vehicle on a more limited basis are eligible for reimbursement on a per-mile basis, in accordance with the rate established by Florida Statute 112.061 provided advance approval is given by their Department head for all travel. B. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to a car allowance as provided for in the Administrative Policies of the City of St. Petersburg. The car and/or mileage allowance shall be paid in accordance with the procedures established by the Payroll and Accounting Division. The current rate in effect shall be continued and be the minimum amount. In the event the rate is revised upward, the employees shall enjoy the higher rate. Basic monthly car allowance of ninety-two dollars ($92.00), plus forty four point five cents (44.5¢) per mile. C. The Union shall be provided with a copy of the current Administrative Policy concerning Car Allowances and, in addition, be provided with any revisions as they may occur. D. The Union may request to consult over the subject of "Employee Car Allowance" at any time during the term of this Agreement. E. Department Directors shall withdraw approval where required usage no longer averages two hundred (200) miles per month over the previous three (3)-month period. F. The car allowance shall be pro-rated in those cases where an eligible employee does not work a full month. G. Employees must obtain and maintain a policy of insurance that meets the minimum requirements of liability established by the State of Florida for property damage and personal injury coverage and have specific coverage for "business use."

Car and Mileage Allowance. During the Term (and retroactive to January 1, 2020), the Company shall pay the Executive a monthly car and mileage allowance of up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) based on actual costs incurred (which may be increased by the Board or the Committee in their sole discretion).

Employees must obtain and maintain a policy of insurance that meets the minimum requirements of liability established by the State of Florida for property damage and personal injury coverage and have specific coverage for "business use."

Car and Mileage Allowance. Employees who are authorized to use their own vehicle to conduct business on behalf of the City shall be reimbursed in accordance with the current Canada Revenue Agency non-taxable rate per kilometer.

A flat rate of $210.00 per month will be paid to all eligible employees in the Building and Safety Inspections Divi- sion, Assessment Division, and Water Meter Reader-Setter Xxxxxxx in the Water Division. One twenty-second (1/22) of the flat or minimum monthly rate shall be deducted for each day that said employees are absent in excess of five (5) consecutive days in a month, provided such deductions will not cause the monthly allow- ance to be less than $75.00 per month. Changes in the mileage allowance shall result in proportionate changes in the per month figures. In no event will the flat rate of $210.00 per month fall below $195.00 per month. A record of all city mileage shall be logged by each such employee on forms to be provided by the city and submitted for inspection as established by department policy. Each such employee shall provide liability insurance of $100,000/$3 00,000. The Employee shall keep on file with his/her department a copy of written documentation from the carrier indicating that the Employee's current coverage meets the above minimum and shall notify the department head and risk management within five (5) working days of any cancellation of coverage. The City, in its discretion, may eliminate the requirement of an employee providing his own transportation and may alterna- tively require the employee to use transportation provided by the city, provided that three (3) months notice shall be given to employees who will be required to provide such transportation except, however, that new employees may b...

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.
