Changes and Cancellation. You can change your VIP Customer product order selection, method of payment, or the authorised payment amount at any time. You can edit your order online at any time from your VIP Customer account page or contact MONAT Customer Care at XXXxxxxXxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or calling 0800 098 8297. Seven days prior to the process date for your next Flexship order, you will receive an automated email reminder confirming your order. Changes to Flexship need to be made at least one day prior to process date. Flexships can’t be scheduled after the 25th of each month. As a VIP Customer, you have the option of cancelling your VIP Customer account in the following circumstances:
(a) Within 30 days of receiving your first order, provided you return all products received in the initial order in accordance with MONAT’s product returns policy. You must contact the Customer Care team before the second order has shipped in order to cancel.
(b) Once you have completed 3 or more qualified Flexship orders (a qualified Flexship order is £60 or more including VAT). If you have completed 3 or more Flexship orders, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
(c) You can upgrade to a MONAT Market Partner at any time in your VIP Customer account page, by contacting your sponsoring Market Partner or contacting MONAT Customer Care at XXXxxxxXxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or calling 0800 098 8297. You may apply the £18 VIP enrolment fee toward the Market Partner starter kit and cancel further VIP Flexship orders without penalty.
Changes and Cancellation. You must advise us if you wish to change any detail of your booking (such as the number of guests). The check-in/out date can not be changed. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your holiday, your Deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid the remaining balance for the Property, the amount of that balance is also non-refundable. Therefore we recommend to have a travel insurance. Should the Property, subsequent to booking, become unavailable through any cause, you must accept that the Owner’s liability is limited to the amount of any rent paid. Only in the event of a lock down in Catalonia or Spain the amount paid will be valid for an alternative booking.
Changes and Cancellation. No Sales Agreement which has been executed by ID PLASTICS may be can- celled or amended by Purchaser except with the approval in writing of ID PLASTICS and on terms that Purchaser shall indemnify ID PLASTICS in full and on demand against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used, as well as accounting, legal and clerical costs), damages, charges and expenses incurred by ID PLASTICS as a result of the cancellation or change.
Changes and Cancellation. Purchaser cannot change its order for an EMSL product or service after EMSL has accepted Purchaser’s order unless EMSL agrees in writing to Purchaser’s change. If EMSL agrees to Purchaser’s changes or cancellation, EMSL reserves the right to charge Purchaser for EMSL’s reasonable costs for the expenses already incurred and commitments made by EMSL including, without limitation, any labour performed, material purchased, EMSL’s usual overhead and reasonable profit, and similar cancellation charges from EMSL’s suppliers.

Changes and Cancellation. 14.1. Changes: Changes to existing schedules or orders are subject to Seller’s acceptance and may result in an increase in per piece price due to any reschedule and/or order changes. Upon Xxxxx’s written request, Seller may accept temporary holds on orders for rescheduling purposes for a cumulative period not to exceed thirty (30) days. Upon the expiration of this 30-day period, if Xxxxx has not communicated its rescheduled date, Seller reserves the right to recommence shipments in accordance with the original schedule or cancel the order without prejudice to Seller’s rights to its cost reimbursement set forth hereunder.
14.2. Cancellations: Cancellations to existing schedules or orders are subject to Seller’s prior written acceptance and payment of reasonable termination charges, including all progress xxxxxxxx and reimbursement by Buyer of Seller’s incurred direct manufacturing costs, including but not limited to all labor costs and expenses and costs of materials that are not usable by Seller and other non-recoverable costs incurred. Such incurred costs will be determined by Xxxxxx and communicated in writing to Buyer.
Changes and Cancellation. All orders for Products accepted by Seller shall be firm and no changes or cancellation shall be allowed without the written consent of Seller. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that in the event any cancellations are approved by Seller, Buyer will pay to Seller, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, an amount equal to (i) the costs incurred by Seller up to the date of cancellation determined using Seller’s standard pricing, plus (ii) 15% of the purchase price for the Products.
Changes and Cancellation. 5.1. Subject to legislative or regulatory change or system-generated errors, KIT shall not unilaterally alter or cancel a Confirmed Booking once the Customer has received Confirmation from us.
5.2. Any amendments requested by the Customer to a Confirmed Booking are subject to availability, with approval at KIT’s sole discretion. If a Confirmed Booking is amended at the Customer’s request prior to the Collection Date, the Fee may at KIT’s absolute discretion be re-calculated to the Fee in effect at time of amending the Confirmed Booking. The Customer shall be advised of any changes to the Fee or any other terms of the Rental Agreement prior to KIT issuing an amended Confirmation.
5.3. Any changes to the terms of a Confirmed Booking are subject to availability and must be requested through KIT’s reservations team at least 72 hours prior to the Return Date or any previously agreed extension thereof, subject to availability.
5.4. In the event of any unauthorised extension of the Return Date, the Customer shall pay the current daily Fee for each additional day until the Camper is returned, as well as an additional late return fee of up to $500.
5.5. In the event of any unauthorised change to the Return Location, the Customer shall pay a relocation fee of up to $500 as determined in KIT’s sole discretion.
Changes and Cancellation. 8.1 ASFA may, in its absolute discretion, make modifications to the Event, including altering the Benefits, altering the floor plan, altering or reallocating the Booth, altering the hours during which the Event is open, changing Venue or postponing the Event. Altering the hours during which the Event must be communicated to the Event Contributor within a reasonable time and ASFA will use reasonable endeavours to avoid making changes that are materially detrimental to the Event Contributor.
8.2 If:
(a) ASFA postpones the Event; or
(b) changes elements of the Event, but the changed elements are substantially similar to the original elements, this Agreement will continue to apply adjusted to reflect those changes
8.3 If the Event is changed to be a virtual event, the Fee will be reduced by the amount specified in the Booking Form.
8.4 If there is any other change to the Event (other than a change described in clause 8.2 or 8.3) that is materially detrimental to the Event Contributor, the parties will negotiate in good faith to agree a reduction to the Fee reflecting the reduction in the value of the Benefits delivered to the Event Contributor.
8.5 The Event Contributor may elect whether any reduction in the Fee under clause 8.3 or 8.4 (a Rebate), is refunded by ASFA to the Event Contributor or ASFA provides to the Event Contributor a credit in the amount of the Rebate that can be applied by the Event Contributor to the fees payable for participation in other ASFA events or programs.
8.6 If there is any change under clause 8.3 or 8.4, this Agreement will continue to apply adjusted to reflect those changes and the Rebate.
Changes and Cancellation. In case of changing the school, clients must verify with Harmonic Melodies Music Inc. if pickup from the new school is possible.
