Charter Sign up Sample Clauses

Charter Sign up. (a) In order to be eligible to be offered charter assignments, qualified drivers must sign up on the charter list. For school year charter assignments, sign up will take place at route selection. For summer charter assignments, employees will be required to sign up by filling out the “Summer Work Form”. (b) A copy of all sign up lists will be provided to the Union Chairperson. (c) The sign up lists will be in order by seniority (d) Employees may add or remove their name from a charter list at any time for valid reasons.

The Charter list will be divided into three(3) categories School time charters: 7 am to 6 pm After hours charters: 6 pm to 7 am Non-school day charter (b) A copy of all sign up lists will be provided to the Union Chairperson. Any time there is a change to this list, the Company will provide the Union Chairperson with the changes in writing, weekly (c) The sign up lists will be in order by seniority (d) Employees may add or remove their name from a charter list at any time for valid reasons.
Charter Sign upThe Company will provide signup forms for drivers to indicate their choice of work by region by zone. Drivers must return the form to the charter clerk at the applicable location in order to be eligible to perform charter work. It is the expectation drivers will be available for the charter list they have signed up for. Sign up for charters will take place in August (at sign up, for the beginning of the school year to December 31st period). Forms will be sent to the drivers (attached to the pay stub in December (for the January 1st to March 31st period), in March (for the April 1st to the end of June 30th). Christmas Break and March Break, charter work will be offered on the August and December sign up forms respectively. Charter sign-up forms will be distributed at least three (3) weeks previous to the commencement of the next charter period (exception being August). Drivers must have signed forms submitted to the appropriate region charter co-ordinator on the date specified on the form in order for drivers to be eligible to have charters assigned to them. Only drivers who have successfully completed the charter course are eligible to submit a charter form (except August Sign-up). All Drivers may submit a form in August and then take the charter course upon the successful completion of the course they will be able to take charters. In this case they will be charged the prorated number of charters offered. At the commencement of the charter period the company will provide their compiled log for each region to the appropriate Union Chairperson/Vice Chairperson Copies of driver’s original sign up form will be made available to the Union. No names shall be added to the charter list after the date specified on the form for each charter period. Drivers may remove their name from the charter list at any time. Charter courses will be held at least once prior to each charter signup period (except August sign-up which will be held in September). Drivers who have submitted a form at the August sign up but have not completed the charter course must take the first charter course offered in September and will only be eligible for charters once they complete the course. In this case they will be charged the prorated number of charters offered.

No names will be added to the Charter lists once posting has closed. Drivers may not switch charters amongst themselves for any reason. Work performed during special sign-up times i.e. Christmas Break, March Break, June (summer months) will be assigned by overall seniority by rotation (classification will not apply). There will be one charter sign-up list per sign-up period, comprised of the following, to be divided into three (3) categories: 1) Days – Monday to Friday until 5 pm 2) Nights (pick-up commencing 5 pm Monday to Thursday)

  • Charter The terms of this Lease shall be governed by and subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion The certificate prepared by the Designer and approved by the Owner to the effect that the Work has reached Substantial Completion.

  • Charters Each Vessel Owner shall be entitled to let its Collateral Vessels, pursuant to an Eligible Charter or other Charter, provided always that each Vessel Owner complies with the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including the Concentration Limit Requirements) and: (a) if a Vessel Owner enters into a Charter in respect of a Collateral Vessel, it promptly notifies the Administrative Agent thereof; (b) such Vessel Owner shall either promptly obtain the consent (if required) of the Charterer to the assignment of that Charter pursuant to the General Assignment or ensure that the terms of such Charter permit assignment of that Charter without consent; (c) such Vessel Owner serves a notice of assignment upon the Charterer pursuant to the terms of the General Assignment and, if such Vessel Owner is party to a Charter with a term that exceeds twelve (12) months (including any extension options) such Vessel Owner shall obtain an acknowledgement from the Charterer (and such Vessel Owner shall use reasonable endeavors to obtain such acknowledgement in a signed writing as opposed to by email, which shall otherwise be acceptable if such Charterer refuses to provide such acknowledgement in a signed writing); (d) Vessel Owners may only enter into bareboat or demise charters with Eligible Bareboat Charterers, as such term is defined in Schedule 2.02, and, prior to entering into any such bareboat or demise charter, the Borrower shall procure that a Charterer’s Undertaking is provided by the applicable Charterer (unless, after using commercially reasonable efforts to procure such Charterer’s Undertaking, the Borrower is unable to reach agreement with the relevant Charterer for the provision of such Charterer’s Undertaking and the Administrative Agent consents to the foregoing). In addition, the Borrower shall procure that any such bareboat or demise charter includes an undertaking from the Charterer to the effect that such Charterer will not permit the use or operation of the applicable Collateral Vessel (i) in any country or territory that at such time is the subject of Sanctions, or (ii) in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person, the Finance Parties or any other person participating in the Program Debt (whether as underwriter, advisor, investor or otherwise) of Sanctions; (e) Vessel Owners shall procure the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent for any charter where more than six (6) months charterhire is paid in advance; (f) Vessel Owners shall procure the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent for any arrangement under which Earnings of any Collateral Vessel may be shared with anyone else; and (g) Vessel Owners shall procure the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent for any charter with any Affiliate of the Guarantor or which is otherwise than on arm’s length terms.

  • Certified Copies of Charter Documents Each of the Banks shall have received from the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries a copy, certified by a duly authorized officer of such Person to be true and complete on the Closing Date, of each of (a) its charter or other incorporation documents as in effect on such date of certification, and (b) its by-laws as in effect on such date.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Amendment of Organizational Documents The Borrower will not, nor will the Borrower permit any Credit Party to, amend or otherwise modify any of its Organizational Documents in a manner that is materially adverse to the Lenders, except as required by Applicable Laws.

  • Amendment of Bylaws These bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed, and new bylaws made, by the Board of Directors, but the stockholders may make additional bylaws and may alter and repeal any bylaws whether adopted by them or otherwise.

  • Charter Documents Cause or permit any amendments to its Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws;
