Civil Service Protection. A firefighter who was appointed through the Department’s hiring process and who serves the entire applicable probationary period automatically becomes a full-fledged civil service employee and has full civil service protection except as modified by this Agreement.

  • Civil Service 2.6.1 The Government of National Unity shall also ensure that the National Civil Service, notably at the senior and middle-levels, is representative of the people of Sudan. In so doing, the following principles shall be recognized:-

  • Foot Protection The Employer reserves the right to require the wearing of foot protection by employees.
