Community Features. We may make available public forums, communities or bulletin boards (“Community Features”) from our Site or other online access points. These Community Features are not part of the Online Service and, notwithstanding any other provision hereof, you and Your Users may not be permitted to use them without first accepting additional terms and conditions that govern content submitted to Community Features.

Community Features. Smartsheet may make public forums, online communities, or bulletin boards (“Community Features”) available to all users of the Subscription Service. Customer Users are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Community Features, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. Customer Users who use the Community Features: (a) grant Smartsheet a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right to use content posted by such Customer Users (“Community Content”) to provide the Community Features and improve the Services; (b) acknowledge that Community Content may not be able to be deleted; (c) are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including any liability arising from their Community Content; and (d) agree to indemnify Smartsheet, its corporate affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents and hold them harmless from any claims, demands, proceedings, investigations, or suits brought by a third party regarding such Customer User’s Community Content. All Community Content (including any links to third party sites or applications) provided by Customer Users must comply with the Acceptable Content Policy. Smartsheet reserves the right to remove, edit, or reinstate any Community Content at its sole discretion, and without notice to the originating Customer User. Smartsheet disclaims all liability arising from the Community Content and use of the Community Features, including exposure to content that is potentially offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate. Customer acknowledges that use of the Community Features is at Customer’s sole risk and responsibility, and access to the Community Features may be terminated at any time. The Community Features are made available without charge and are not part of the Subscription Service.
Community Features. The multi-family apartment building will have common area features as follows: - Attached parking garage - Community room with access to elevated pool courtyard, aqua lounge, private work-from-home suites, rentable space for private tenant gatherings, and gaming - Three private courtyards for tenant use o Pool courtyard to have covered seating and firepits – courtyard overlooks central hub of master development o Central courtyard with calming design for tenants to connect with outdoor environment o Active courtyard with gathering space, grills, and string lights to promote community comradery and activity - Secure access for tenants to multi-family occupancy - Access to high end retail within 5 minute walk - 24 hour access to commercial grade fitness equipment Dwelling units finish materials and environment will be as follows: - 9’ ceilings throughout dwelling unit - Quartz countertops in kitchen and bathroom - Kitchen cabinets of durable construction and contemporary style - Modern tile backsplash in xxxxxxxx - Xxxx style flooring in kitchens and bathrooms - Large windows for natural lighting in living and bedrooms - Painted walls and trim - Carpet in all bedrooms - Stainless steel appliances - Front loading washer and dryer provided - Ceiling fans in all living and master bedrooms - Contemporary style light fixtures in all rooms - Premium units with access to roof decks overlooking pedestrian friendly street
Community Features. If the Company elects to provide any community features (i.e., free home pages, chat, greetings cards, MightyMail, email, as well as any community features provided by Snap or Xoom in the future on their respective Web Sites) within the SnapTV Site, the Company will offer such community features exclusively through links on the SnapTV Site to the Xoom Site, or, following the NBCi Closing, to the Snap Sites, with all resulting pages being on a Snap Site. Such links shall be branded in a manner reasonably determined by Snap and Xoom in conjunction with the Company.
Community Features. The TC Properties may offer opportunities for you to transmit messages, information, ideas, opinions, images, audio, video, creative works or other information or material (collectively, the "Submitted Content") in connection with various features including, but not limited to, profiles, forums, bulletin boards, wiki, vanity email, auctions, contests, games, blogs, audio and/or video submissions, message boards, Q&A features and chat features (collectively, the "Community Features"). You are solely responsible for your Submitted Content and must use the Community Features in a responsible manner. The TC Properties may also offer opportunities for you to transmit messages, information, ideas, opinions, images, audio, video, creative works or other information or material via third party social networking websites and products ("Third Party Social Networking Features") Any use of Third Party Social Networking Features is subject to the then current terms of use of the applicable third party website or product and not this Agreement, unless you are notified otherwise, in which case the terms and conditions set forth in such notification will apply. In order to participate in Community Features and/or certain other TC Properties, you may be asked to register an account by providing certain personal information such as your name and/or email address. The Privacy Policy of this Website explains how such information may be collected and used. In consideration of your use of the applicable TC Properties, you agree (i) to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as may be prompted by any registration forms ("Registration Data");
Community Features. The USAB Properties may offer opportunities for you to transmit messages, information, ideas, opinions, images, audio, video, creative works or other information or material (collectively, the "Submitted Content") in connection with various features, including but not limited to profiles, forums, bulletin boards, wiki, vanity email, auctions, contests, games, blogs, audio and/or video submissions, message boards, Q&A features and chat features (collectively, the "Community Features"). By transmitting your Submitted Content via any USAB Property, you grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Providers a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub- licensable and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform, sell and display your Submitted Content for any purpose throughout the universe, in whole or in part, in any form, media or technology known or hereafter developed. You are solely responsible for your Submitted Content and must use the Community Features in a responsible manner. The USAB Properties may also offer opportunities for you to transmit Submitted Content via third party social networking websites and products ("Third Party Social Networking Features"). Any use of Third Party Social Networking Features is subject to the then current terms of use of the applicable third party website or product and not this Agreement, unless you are notified otherwise, in which case the terms and conditions set forth in such notification will apply. In order to participate in Community Features and/or certain other USAB Properties, you may be asked to register an account by providing certain personal information such as your name and/or email address. In consideration of your use of the applicable USAB Properties, you agree (i) to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as may be prompted by any registration or other forms (collectively, "Registration Data"); (ii) to maintain the security of your password and identification; (iii) to maintain and promptly update Registration Data and any other information you provide to Providers;
Community Features. This Agreement is not intended to include or otherwise encompass any of NPO's Community Features, and NPO shall have no obligation to SLM with respect to such Community Features.

  • Proposed Policies and Procedures Regarding New Online Content and Functionality By October 31, 2017, the School will submit to OCR for its review and approval proposed policies and procedures (“the Plan for New Content”) to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content and functionality will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden. a) When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the Plan for New Content will require the School to provide equally effective alternative access. The Plan for New Content will require the School, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation.   • Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district. 2. An employee hired to or on exchange in the district shall accumulate and utilize sick leave credit according to the provisions of the Collective Agreement as it applies in that district.
