Comparable Worth. If the County is found to be out of compliance with the Minnesota Pay Equity Act, the County agrees to reopen the collective bargaining agreement for the purpose of negotiating pay equity adjustments.
Comparable Worth. The employer agrees to comply with current comparable worth laws. If any changes are necessary, they will be negotiated with the bargaining unit.

Any and all comparable worth inequities shall be implemented and retroactive to the date of the appeal, including any classification upgrading, job description update and on file and appeals process. In order to maintain requirements of the Job Evaluation System and Equitable Compensation Relationships defined in state statute, employees may appeal their job placement.
Comparable Worth. The City shall provide up to $100,000 over the term of the contract for training programs and initiatives established under the previous comparable worth litigation settlement.
