COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATIONS. The articles and provisions contained herein constitute the entire bilateral and binding Agreement by and between the Board of Trustees of the Marysville Joint Unified School District and the Marysville Unified Teachers Association, which concludes the meet and negotiate process and supersedes and cancels all previous agreements, verbal and or written, and shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the District which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of their Agreement.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATIONS. CSEA expressly waives and relinquishes the right to meet and negotiate further on this Agreement and agrees that the District shall not be obligated to meet and negotiate with respect to any subject, whether or not referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subject may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either the District or CSEA at the time they met and negotiated on and executed this Agreement, and even though such subjects were proposed and withdrawn.

COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATIONS. Section1 This Agreement and negotiated policies described in Article XII, definition of a "grievance", constitute the sole agreement between the parties hereto and supersede all prior agreements and understanding, oral or written, expressed or implied, between the District and the Association and its unit members.
COMPLETION OF MEETING AND NEGOTIATIONS. The Union knowingly and voluntarily expressly waives and relinquishes the right to meet and negotiate during the life of this Agreement over any matter within the scope of representation. No exception shall be granted on the basis that the subject sought to be addressed in additional negotiations is not covered by this Agreement or was not within the knowledge or contemplation of either party during negotiations for this Agreement. This waiver does not apply to any subject over which the parties have expressly agreed herein to meet and negotiate during the life of this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR of any public event or meeting funded in 3 whole or in part by the COUNTY, except for those events or meetings that are intended solely to serve 4 clients or occur in the normal course of business. 5 B. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR at least thirty (30) business days in advance 6 of any applicable public event or meeting. The notification must include the date, time, duration, 7 location and purpose of the public event or meeting.   • Completion of Negotiations This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the District and the Federation with respect to wages, hours of employment, and all other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term or terms hereof. This Agreement expresses the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between them, written or oral. Any matter or subject not herein covered has been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised, or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement.

  • RECOGNITION AND NEGOTIATIONS The Employer or anyone authorized to act on their behalf recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agency for its employees classified and covered by this Agreement. The Employer agrees to negotiate with the Union or anyone authorized to act on behalf of the Union, in any and all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

  • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request. All proposals by the parties shall be written and submitted to the representative(s) of both teams at the first meeting. No additional items shall be submitted by either party following the first meeting, unless mutually agreed by the parties. Additional ground rules, if any, will be established at the first meeting. Bargaining sessions shall not be scheduled during the regular teacher workday. Time and dates as used in this Article may be changed by mutual agreement.

  • NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS At least seven clear days’ notice in writing counting from the date service is deemed to take place as provided in these Articles specifying the place, the day and the hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business, shall be given in the manner hereinafter provided or in such other manner (if any) as may be prescribed by the Company by Ordinary Resolution to such Persons as are, under these Articles, entitled to receive such notices from the Company, but with the consent of all the Shareholders entitled to receive notice of some particular meeting and attend and vote thereat, that meeting may be convened by such shorter notice or without notice and in such manner as those Shareholders may think fit.
