Property Management Partner We manage the apartment and property directly ourselves as the first line of support for your stay, however we also engage a cleaning and maintenance company to manage things if we are not there or for maintenance that requires specific contractor skills and certifications, our “Property Management Partner”. The telephone contact number of our Property Management Partner is shown in the Guest Information Pack within the Apartment. Problem Resolution If you have a problem during your stay, please let us know directly or via our Property Management Partner so that we can endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible for you. Please do not attempt to rectify faults yourself, especially with regard to plumbing, electrical, TV tuning or other room devices. In the first instance you should contact us if we are available and failing that our Property Management Partner using the contact details in the Guest Information Pack.

Complimentary Services. Acq Corp shall cause Target to issue a credit card providing "Level I" benefits (a "PLATINUM CARD") to Xx. X. Ledbetter, Xx. X. Ledbetter and members of Xx. X. Ledbetter's immediate family designated by him. During each of the twelve month periods commencing on the Closing Date and continuing thereafter until the tenth anniversary thereof, Xx. X. Ledbetter and members of the immediate family of Xx. X. Ledbetter shall be permitted to purchase food, beverage and lodging services at prevailing retail prices at Target's current and any future facilities utilizing the Platinum Card with benefits not less than current Level I benefits. Xx. X. Ledbetter shall be liable for charges on any Cards issued to her, and Xx. X. Ledbetter shall be liable for charges on any Cards issued to him or his designees, PROVIDED, that Xx. X. Ledbetter and Xx. X. Ledbetter shall not be liable for such charges not exceeding $8,000 in any yearly period referred to in the previous sentence.
Complimentary Services. The following services are provided at no charge when a Connectivity Service is purchased. Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Mail Feed Supplier will route SMTP traffic to Customer's primary mail server. Usenet News Server Supplier provides Customer with access to approximately 25,000 news and discussion groups through Supplier's Usenet news server. For a one time fee, Supplier will provide newsgroup filtering services (See section on News filtering).
Complimentary Services. If you are a Renter who already has a leased space, you are permitted to leave your car/truck/motorcycle in your assigned space when you move your RV or Boat for use. We offer this complimentary service to our customers so you don't have to pay for parking your car at the lake. All Renter(s) must notify San Antonio Storage LLC within 24 hours if they plan to leave their car/truck/motorcycle in their assigned space and submit the following within 24 hours via email or text: 1. A picture of the vehicle identifying the make and model of the car/truck/motorcycle 2. Proof of current insurance 3. A picture of the license plate number with the current registration tag 4. A picture of the owner's driver's license The Renter(s) understands that the San Antonio Storage LLC does not carry insurance to cover any damages to the Renter's vehicle(s). Insurance against all losses is entirely the responsibility of the Renter(s). San Antonio Storage LLC does not assume liability for any losses or damages including losses due to fire, personal injury, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature. San Antonio Storage LLC reserves the right to revoke complimentary services without cause.
