CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. Each Roommate will keep his or her bedroom and bathroom as well as the Common Area, including the grounds (if applicable) and all appliances, fixtures and furnishings, in clean, sanitary and good condition and repair. Each Roommate will maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Common Area and share in the responsibility of cleaning the Common Area including the following: (Check all that apply)
CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. The Commissions have inspected the Premises prior to execution of this Lease Agreement and accept the Premises as is. The Commissions shall maintain the VRE Station Sites, including all improvements and any structures thereon, in accordance with the transit asset management standards promulgated by the Federal Transit Administration. The Commissions shall maintain the Legacy Station Sites, in whole or in part, according to the allocation of maintenance responsibilities described in other agreements with third parties. The VRE Station Sites and any improvements or structures hereafter erected by the Commissions on the VRE Station Sites or the Legacy Station Sites shall be maintained by and at the Commissions’ sole expense.

CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE i) I accept the Room, the Common Parts and the Contents as being present and in good repair and condition, unless I inform UPP using the Contact Details or the inventory form provided within 48 hours of moving-in.
ii) I will complete the inventory of my Room and the Contents and return it to reception at my Hall within 48 hours of moving in. If I don’t complete the Inventory, I understand UPP and/or the University will be entitled to assume that all items are there and are in good condition.
iii) I will use the Room, the Common Parts and all Contents carefully and keep them in at least as good a condition as at the date of my moving-in. I am not responsible for any fair wear and tear caused by normal use.

CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. You hereby acknowledge the good condition of the Residence, and your acceptance of this Agreement is conclusive evidence that the Residence is in good and satisfactory condition that the Residence is in satisfactory condition as of the time of your initial Occupancy. You agree that no representation as to the condition of the Residence and that no promise has been made to decorate, alter, repair, or improve the Residence unless otherwise provided in writing by Management and attached as part of this Agreement. You agree to maintain the Residence and to surrender same in good condition, exclusive of normal wear and tear. You further agree to reimburse Management for any unusual wear and tear or damage to the Residence, whether or not caused by your negligence or intentional misconduct.
CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. (a) During the Licence Period, the University will use its reasonable endeavours to provide the following and act in accordance with The Universities UK Code of Practice for University- Managed Student Accommodation (a copy of which is available on the University’s website):
(i) maintain the structure of the accommodation and keep the accommodation in reasonable repair;
(ii) provide adequate furniture and fittings;
(iii) provide adequate lighting, water and heating without further charge;
(iv) ensure that all fixtures and fittings for lighting, water and heating are kept in good working order and provide such heating as the University, acting reasonably, considers adequate. Heating may be turned off or reduced during warmer weather;
(v) provide reasonable toilet and laundering facilities;
(vi) ensure that cleaned accommodation is provided when you first occupy the Room;
(vii) provide self-catering facilities;
(viii) the Contents. You must check the inventory and report any errors or inaccuracies within fourteen working days of arrival. If you do not report any errors or inaccuracies, the inventory will be deemed to be agreed and accepted as a true record of the Contents; and
CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. Except as herein contained, no representations have been made as to the condition of the demised premises. It is agreed that the cost of maintenance and repairs shall be borne, respectively, by the Lessor and/or the Lessee, except as defined paragraph 9, as follows: Maintenance Lessor: Lessor agrees to maintain the parking areas and driveway including snow removal, landscaping, and incidental debris removal. Maintenance Lessee: Intentionally deleted.
CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. LW shall maintain all of the Storage Facilities and Licensed Premises in a condition generally acceptable within the industry and capable of storing the Materials without contaminating them. LW shall maintain and operate the Storage Facilities and Licensed Premises in good working order and repair and serviceable condition in accordance with Accepted Industry Practice and in compliance with all Applicable Laws. LW shall be responsible for all maintenance and repairs (notice of any such maintenance or repairs shall be provided according to Section 9.5 and Article 14, as applicable, of the Supply and Offtake Agreement), labor, utilities, pumps, piping, tank conditions, heat and other activities on, at or under the Storage Facilities and Licensed Premises. LW shall ensure that the Storage Facilities have all connections, equipment and capacity required to facilitate the movement of Materials into and out of the Storage Facilities and the Licensed Premises have all connections, equipment and capacity required to facilitate the movement of Materials between the docks, pipelines or truck loading or discharge facilities and the Storage Facilities.

CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE. Lessee accepts the Premises in its "AS IS" condition. Lessor makes no warranties as to the condition of the Premises. Lessee shall, at its own expense, maintain the Premises, including, but not limited to, the roof and all heating, air conditioning, plumbing and other mechanical equipment therein, in good operating condition and, to that end, shall make at its own expense, all replacements and repairs, structural or otherwise, as may be necessary or desirable to keep the Premises in good repair and condition.
