Consent to Collection/Processing/Transfer of Personal Data. The following provision shall supplement section 19 of the Award Agreement: You authorize the Company and the Company's representative to discuss with and obtain all relevant information from all personnel, professional or non-professional, involved in the administration of the Plan. You further authorize the Company, any Affiliate of the Company, and the Employer, any broker or any stock plan service provider as may be selected by the Company from time to time to assist with the Plan, to disclose and discuss your participation in the Plan with their advisors. You also authorize the Company and the Employer to record such information and to keep such information in your employment file. You acknowledge and agree that your personal information, including any sensitive personal information, may be transferred or disclosed outside the province of Quebec, including to the U.S. If applicable, you also acknowledge and authorize the Company, any Affiliate of the Company, the administrator of the Plan and any third party brokers/administrators that are assisting the Company with the operation and administration of the Plan to use technology for profiling purposes and to make automated decisions that may have an impact on you or the administration of the Plan.
