Consultant’s General Responsibilities. A. The specific Services Consultant shall provide for each PA project, and Consultant's Schedule for providing those Services, shall be set forth in the applicable PA. Consultant's responsibilities when providing such Services shall be specified in the PA and shall be in full compliance with all terms and conditions of this PSA.
Consultant’s General Responsibilities. 4.1 For all Work on the Project, the Consultant will be responsible for: planning and developing alternatives analysis; the conceptual design reports; completing preliminary and final designs; providing special and optional services as requested; and providing the project management services and quality control necessary to accomplish these services in a well-coordinated, efficient and effective manner as is consistent with the generally accepted standard of professional skill and care.

  • Contractor’s General Responsibilities The Contractor, regardless of any delegation or subcontract entered by the Contractor, shall be responsible for the following when providing information technology staff augmentation services:

  • General Responsibilities Issuer hereby engages Distributor to act as exclusive distributor of the shares of each class of the Funds.
