Consultative Model Clause Samples
The Consultative Model clause establishes a framework for parties to engage in regular discussions and seek mutual input before making significant decisions related to the agreement. Typically, this involves scheduled meetings, information sharing, and a process for raising and addressing concerns collaboratively, though final decision-making authority may still rest with one party. The core function of this clause is to promote transparency, foster cooperation, and reduce the risk of misunderstandings by ensuring that all parties are consulted and informed throughout the course of the relationship.
Consultative Model. 29.2.4.1. The "Umbrella" committee, the Education Consultative Committee, is the peak employer/union body for workplace reform and other significant employee relations issues. The committee has a coordinating role with regard to departmental consultation as it relates to state schools.
29.2.4.2. The ECC forms the first of a two-tier consultative structure with the second tier being the network of committees located in various parts of the Department. The committees will be supported by consultative guidelines and checklists for those schools which cannot sustain a formal committee. The intention is to create a consultative model which will allow each departmental employee access to contribute their ideas.
Consultative Model. 5.1 The College supports a consultative model of administration which, through a sub-administrative structure of coordinator positions, enables the views of faculty to be known and considered with respect to educational policies, practices, and decisions made by the College. The College endorses a "collegial" working environment whereby faculty and management personnel endeavour to work collectively to serve the overall best interest and needs of the College Community. Therefore the College shall fund a reasonable number of sub-administrative release sections for coordination to be assigned pursuant to Article 11.1 in order that a collegial working environment be facilitated and that the duties and responsibilities of coordinators, as set out in Article 6.7, be properly discharged.
