Consumer Support. (a) Adult Day Care services are available to Clients who were served between December 1996 and December 2003 in Adult Day Health agencies and were subsequently determined ineligible for Level II or III services (Adult Day Health). Level II and III services are licensed rehabilitation and skilled nursing services along with socialization. Level I services (Adult Day Care) are supervised day programs where frail and disabled adults can participate in social, educational, and recreational programs without the need for skilled nursing.

Consumer Support. As part of its ongoing commitment to consumer satisfaction, ABT will use reasonable efforts to provide consumers with assistance and support during ABT's business hours (Pacific Time) by means of a toll-free telephone number, online communication, facsimile or such other methods as are reasonably available to ABT. ABT will promptly notify Dealer of any consumer complaints, comments or questions which relate to Dealer. ABT reserves the right to revise the ABT Program consumer support standards to comply with applicable laws or to address changes in the business climate. ABT will promptly notify Dealer of any such revisions.

Related to Consumer Support

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Procurement All goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
