Continuation of Pay and Benefits. If requested in writing by the Union, the Employer shall continue to pay the gross salary of any employee who is granted leave under Article 6.02 or 6.03 and shall xxxx the Union, and the Union shall pay 120% of the employee’s gross salary to cover the cost of benefits for the period of such leave within a reasonable period of time. “This provision is not applicable to a casual employee (except a casual employee while in a Temporary Position)”.
Continuation of Pay and Benefits. In consideration of this agreement, the Gymnastics Center agrees to continue to pay after he or she resigns his or her regular salary, and to continue to make contributions on his or her behalf so that coverage under the Gymnastics Center’s medical, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans will continue, up until the earlier of or such date on which he or she commences employment with another employer. It is understood that there will be no continuation of any other benefits (e.g., vacation or leave) during this time period.
Continuation of Pay and Benefits. For twenty-four (24) months from and after October 29, 2008 (the “Severance Period”), and in lieu of any benefits or payments otherwise provided under the Employment Agreement (as defined in the first “WHEREAS” clause above), the Bank hereby agrees:

After the Closing and until -------------------------------- the first anniversary of the Closing Date, subject to the last sentence of Section 8.10.2, Acquiror shall provide base pay, incentive compensation and -------------- employee benefits to Acquiror Employees that are, in Acquiror's reasonable discretion, competitive with the level of base pay, incentive compensation and employee benefits provided to similarly situated employees of employers engaged in businesses that are the same as, or similar to, the Business and that are located in the Southeastern United States.
Continuation of Pay and Benefits. The employee shall continue to receive full pay and benefits during the time period set forth in Section 16.3 above. If the disciplinary action is upheld in accordance with Section 16.3, the District may impose the loss of pay or benefits resulting from such disciplinary action pending further appeal or grievance. In the event the discipline is rescinded or the employee is reinstated, the employee shall be entitled to receive the appropriate retroactive payments and/or benefits.
Continuation of Pay and Benefits. Administrative suspensions are in all cases with full pay and benefits. Members may retain access to their University email account and all University privileges that may be accessed remotely.
