CONTRACT OF SERVICE Probation. Every new employee shall be on probation for a period of three (3) months. At any time during the period of probation, the employee may resign by giving two weeks notice. At any time during the period of probation the Centre may annul the appointment and terminate the service of the employee by the giving of two weeks notice. A lesser period of notice may be agreed in writing between the Centre and the employee. On completion of three months employment the period of probation may be extended for a further and final three months at the discretion of the Centre.

CONTRACT OF SERVICE Probation. 13.1 Every employee appointed to the employ of the employer shall be on probation for a period not exceeding six months, unless otherwise determined by the employer. However, employees appointed from the Public Sector who have at least six months' continuous satisfactory service immediately prior to their permanent appointment will not be required to serve a probationary period.

  • CONTRACT OF SERVICE (1) (a) Each employee shall, upon engagement, be given a letter of appointment wherein the general conditions of employment are stated.

  • Theft of Service You shall notify us immediately, in writing or by calling our customer support line, if the Device is stolen or if you become aware at any time that your Service is being stolen, fraudulently used or otherwise being used in an unauthorized manner. When you call or write, you must provide your account number and a detailed description of the circumstances of the Device theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use of Service. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in the termination of your Service and additional charges to you. Until such time as we receive notice of the theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use, you will be liable for all use of the Service using a Device stolen from you and any and all stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service.

  • Performance of Service 2.1 Appendix A (General Provisions), Articles 1 through 16, governs the performance of services under this contract. 2.2 Appendix B sets forth the liability and insurance provisions of this contract. 2.3 Appendix C sets forth the services to be performed by the contractor.
