Contract Supervision. A. The Director or designee shall be the County employee authorized to represent the interests of the County in carrying out the terms and conditions of this Contract. The Contractor shall provide, in writing, the names of the persons who are authorized to represent the Contractor in this Contract. B. Contractor will designate an individual to serve as the primary point of contact for this Contract. Contractor shall not change the primary contact without written notification and acceptance of the County. Contractor shall notify DBH when the primary contact will be unavailable/out of the office for one (1) or more workdays and will also designate a back-up point of contact in the event the primary contact is not available. Contractor or designee must respond to DBH inquiries within two (2) business days. C. Contractor shall provide DBH with contact information, specifically, name, phone number and email address of Contractor’s staff member who is responsible for the following processes: Business regarding administrative issues, Technical regarding data issues, Clinical regarding program issues; and Facility.

Contract Supervision. Chief of PME or Planning and Monitoring Specialist from the Planning and Monitoring (PM) Section will be the contracting supervisor depending upon the extent of the humanitarian situation. Overall, the consulting firm will be accountable for timeliness and quality of data and reports submitted to UNICEF PM Section. The team leader from the consulting firm will be the main focal point for UNICEF interaction. Within UNICEF, PM Section will be the focal point and be responsible to make sure that the monitoring teams perform as per the agreed contract. The reports submitted by the field monitors will be verified by PM section.
Contract Supervision. Manager will supervise the contractors it retains to provide service to the property. Manager will allow Owner to review and obtain copies of any records it uses such as a combination of Purchase Orders and formal contracts to obtain services from contractors and vendors. Contracts are to be used for annual or continuing services and in cases where the dollar volume warrants a more formal agreement. The terms of Manager’s contracts with vendors shall contain a termination clause which permits termination upon 30 days notice with or without cause. Landlord shall not be bound by any such contracts after Manager ceases to manage the Property.

Minimum amount of adjustment will be seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) a day for the first incident and double that amount per day of violation for every incident thereafter. In the case of critical posts not staffed, the automatic penalty will consist of double the amount of the base salary of the post not covered per shift of non-compliance. All other personnel vacancies double the amount of the base salary per day of vacancy following thirty (30) days from the date it was vacated. In the case of escapes, the adjustment will consist of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per escape. The Administrator will have unlimited access to all files, accounting books and records, tax forms and other governmental requirements as filed, juvenile records and all information relating to the managers, management and operation, personnel, contractors and the juveniles and will provide all information requested by Administrator.
