Contractor’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The classification of the service is Q3/L2. Contractor complies with the general quality requirements of DSG 318-087 Revision 2. The Contractor’s Quality Management System must be certified to ISO9001:2015. The Contractor’s quality assurance system is subject to the acceptance by the Employer. The Contractor ensures that any subcontractor employed by him has and implements a Quality Assurance Programme to meet the quality assurance requirements of the Employer. The Service Manager reserves the right to at any time audit and/or monitors the control between the Contractor and Subcontractors, as well as the performance of the Contractor’s Subcontractors. Such audits are done by prior notification and in liaison with the Contractor. The duly authorised representative of the Employer and Employer`s Appointed Inspection Authority (AIA) are offered access to the Contractor and its Subcontractors generated documentation at reasonable times to monitor compliance with QA requirements. The Contractor ensures that his staff and Subcontractors are conversant with the content of the Contractor’s authorisation of personnel (including Subcontractors personnel), applied for providing the services, is made available to the Service Manager on request. In the event the Contractor is requested to execute an activity in accordance with QCP`s, the Contractor ensure that the QCP typically consists of the following as a minimum and is reviewed and accepted by the Service Manager and the Contractor prior to the commencement of work. A cover page that includes and makes provision for the following: o Document unique number o Revision number o Page number o Provision to incorporate all inspection report numbers o Plant/system worked on o High level description of work execution o Provision for review and acceptance signatures by the Contractor, the Employer and the o Provision for final release signatures by the Contractor, the Employer and the Employer`s AIA/ QA representative (where applicable). o A page which includes a high level logical sequence of work execution o A page which includes: a) Drawing numbers b) Abbreviations c) Records numbers d) Procedures numbers e) Reference document numbers f) Certificate numbers and references g) The work execution logic and sequence

This document shows at which stages during the contract involvement is required, and what types of inspection, testing, hold, witnessing etc. are carried out to ensure that the requirements of the specifications are met.
Contractor’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The Contractor compiles, in conjunction with the Employer, Engineer and the Supervisor, a product verification plan. This document shows at which stages during the contract involvement is required, and what types of inspection, testing, witnessing etc. are carried out to ensure that the requirements of the specifications are met. The Quality Control Plan consists of the following as a minimum and is accepted by the Engineer, Supervisor and the Contractor prior to commencement of the work. The QCP will also include welding procedures were necessary. A covering page which includes and makes provision for the following: • Document unique number. • Revision number. • Page number • Provision to incorporate all inspection report numbers. • System worked on • High level description of work execution • Provision for review and approval signatures by the Contractor, the Project Manager and the Supervisor. • Provision for final releases signatures by the Contractor, Project Manager and the Supervisor. The work execution logic and sequence for the fabrication and erection addition to this hold, witness points etc. are also detailed. Where tests were performed they are recorded and the positions of measurements are traceable to the specific area of testing against the records. Therefore the Contractor will submit all test reports that has been performed to the Project Manager.

Related to Contractor’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • EMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 4.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment. 4.2 Actively participates in the Peak Performance program. 4.3 Supports the delivery of safe patient care and the consumers’ experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards. 4.4 Completes mandatory training (including safety and quality training) as relevant to role. 4.5 Performs duties in accordance with the EMHS Vision and Values, WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act and Government, WA Health, EMHS and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures.

  • NMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 2.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment. 2.2 Participates in an annual performance development review. 2.3 Supports the delivery of safe patient care and the consumers’ experience including participation in continuous quality improvement activities in accordance with the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and other recognised health standards. 2.4 Completes mandatory training (including safety and quality training) as relevant to role. 2.5 Performs duties in accordance with Government, WA Health, North Metropolitan Health Service and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures. 2.6 Abides by the WA Health Code of Conduct, Occupational Safety and Health legislation, the Disability Services Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos. b. Each party agrees to use, and to cause its Permitted Sublicensees to use, the other party’s trademarks only in good faith and in a dignified manner consistent with such party’s use of the trademarks. Upon written notice to the breaching party, the breaching party has 30 days of the date of the written notice to cure the breach or the license will be terminated.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
