CONTRACTUAL ACTIVITIES. As part of the responsibilities included in the base salary, all teachers, counselors, and deans are required to attend the following evening activities; Back-to-School Night and Parent-Teacher Conferences. All other requests from the administration will be considered voluntary and not required. Art Department - As part of the responsibilities included in the base salary, the Art Department will design and prepare display cases and bulletin boards throughout the school as is past practice. Case Manager – To support students and general education teachers in the completion of their case manager responsibilities, they will be compensated in accordance with Appendix IV of this agreement. Counselor - All counselors are expected to attend events outside of the work day that are necessary to support the objectives of a comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Department. Attendance at these events shall be mutually agreed upon. Reasonable effort will be made to ensure an equitable distribution of events as per the needs of the Administration and the Department Chairperson. Counselors shall be compensated in accordance with Appendix IV of this agreement. CONTRACTUAL ACTIVITIES. TTZ will be responsible for assuring that all contractual obligations under the grant and consortium agreement are met. ▪ Administrative support: TTZ will provide support in administrative activities to all partners of the consortium, specially to ZOOM, MATAM, CEDARE and ICANDO, partners with a lower workload allocation within the consortium, ,in order to assure that all resources of those partners are focused on networking activities.
CONTRACTUAL ACTIVITIES. TTZ will be responsible for assuring that all contractual obligations under the grant agreement are met. Besides, it will be responsible for the preparation and management of the consortium agreement. Specifically, TTZ will: (i) explain all contractual obligations to the partners, prepare a draft version of the consortium agreement and accord the final version; (ii) review and submit to the Commission all deliverables, reports and any official information requested; (ii) inform the Commission about any change in the consortium relevant for contractual or legal issues (e.g. change of legal status, new participants, etc.); (iii) monitor the compliance by the participants with their obligations; (iv) prepare any necessary amendment to the grant and/or consortium agreement, (v) check that any subcontract is done for the tasks foreseen, and (vi) ensure that the project activities are compatible with the protection of intellectual property rights (see section 3.2.1).

  • Cease Activities Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Grant, Grantee must immediately cease all activities under this Grant, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice. Upon termination, Grantee must deliver to Agency all materials or other property that are or would be required to be provided to Agency under this Grant or that are needed to complete the Project activities that would have been performed by Grantee.

  • Permitted Activities The Executive shall devote his entire business time, attention and energies to the Business of the Employer and shall not during the Term be engaged (whether or not during normal business hours) in any other business or professional activity, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage; but this shall not be construed as preventing the Executive from:

  • Professional Activities The Superintendent/Principal shall be encouraged to attend appropriate professional meetings at the local, state, and national levels. Within budget constraints, such costs of attendance shall be paid by the Board. The Superintendent/Principal’s attendance at professional meetings at the national level must have prior approval of the Board.

  • Restricted Activities The Executive agrees that some restrictions on his activities during and after his employment are necessary to protect the goodwill, Confidential Information and other legitimate interests of the Company and its Affiliates:

  • Promotional Activities ‌ 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts. Provider shall not use any North Sound BH- 22 ASO name in any advertising or promotional materials without the prior written permission of 23 North Sound BH-ASO.
