Cooperation Mechanism. 1. The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the European Commission shall coordinate and facilitate cooperation activities under this Agreement on behalf of Morocco and on behalf of the Community and its Member States respectively. 2. In accordance with the objective laid down in Article 1, the two Parties shall define the cooperation mechanisms for managing this Agreement as provided for in the March 2000 Association Agreement. 3. The Parties agree on a possibility for Morocco to participate in the European GNSS Supervisory Authority in accordance with the relevant rights and procedures.
Cooperation Mechanism. 1 The Parties shall entrust the ASEAN-Russian Federation Joint Cooperation Committee (ARJCC) to oversee the implementation of this Agreement and the realisation of its principles and aims.
Cooperation Mechanism. 1. The coordination and facilitation of cooperation activities under this Agreement shall be accomplished by the Government of the Republic of Korea on behalf of Korea and by the European Commission on behalf of the Community and its Member States. 2. In accordance with the objective in Article 1, these two entities shall establish a GNSS Steering Committee, hereinafter referred to as "the Committee" for the management of this Agreement. This Committee shall consist of official representatives of each Party and it shall establish its own rules of procedure based on mutual consensus. The functions of the Steering Committee shall include: (a) promoting, making recommendations to the Parties and overseeing the different cooperation activities related to the Agreement; (b) advising the Parties on the ways to enhance and improve cooperation in line with the principles set out in this Agreement; (c) reviewing the efficient functioning and implementation of this Agreement; and (d) discussing the possibility of extending cooperation to the areas referred to in Paragraph 2 of Article 4. 3. The Committee shall, as a general rule, meet annually. The meetings will be held alternatively in the Community and in Korea. Extraordinary meetings may be organised at the request of either Party. The costs incurred by the Committee or in its name shall be borne by the Party which recommended or designated the member or members of the Committee. The costs other than those for travel and accommodation which are directly associated with meetings of the Committee shall be borne by the host Party. The Committee may set up Joint Technical Working Groups on specific subjects the Parties consider appropriate, such as industrial cooperation and standardisation. 4. The Parties welcome the potential participation of Korea in the European GNSS Supervisory Authority, in accordance with the applicable European Community legislation and the modalities and procedures governing such participation.
Cooperation Mechanism. 1. Pursuant to Article 19 in Chapter 6 of CEPA, under the guidance and coordination of the Joint Steering Committee, the two sides will establish communication channels and mechanisms for consultation and coordination through the existing operational mechanisms or setting up new working groups to notify each other on important policies, support exchanges between the industrial and commercial sectors of the two sides, and jointly promote cooperation and development in relevant areas. 2. At the request of either side, the two sides may consult each other on, supplement and amend the cooperation areas and specific content of cooperation pursuant to Article 2.
Cooperation Mechanism. The Ministry of Japan and the Ministry of Viet Nam will exchange information and cooperate with each other as follows for the appropriate implementation of the Technical Intern Training Program. Cooperation Mechanism. The Participants will carry out the objectives of this MOU by the following: (1) The Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and the Government of the State of California respectively designate the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and California Energy Commission as the Executive Agencies responsible for coordinating the implementation of relevant cooperation activities between Shenzhen and California; (2) During the period of validity of this MOU, the Executive Agencies shall carry out progress discussion and update cooperation plan once a year; (3) As appropriate, the Participants will utilize third party organizations that are agreed upon by both parties to assist with the implementation of this MOU. These third party organizations, under the direction of the Participants, will help to coordinate exchange, activities, delegations visits and collaboration between the Participants. These organizations will also explore funding sources to enable travel and other forms of collaboration between the Participants; THUR: (4) All activities carried out based on the MOU must be in accordance with the Participants' respective laws, rules and regulations and shall be subject to the availability of funds, personnel and other resources available to each Participant; (5) Consultation and exchange of information and documents shall preserve the security and integrity of the systems, processes, and information (including trade secrets) of each Participant and be without prejudice to Participants' legal requirements or obligations, which may prevent the exchange of certain confidential information and documents under this MOU.
Cooperation Mechanism. (I) Party A sets up a Project Promotion Leading Group and Party B sets up a Project Preparation Work Group to jointly be responsible for pushing forward daily coordination and the Parties’ cooperation and consultation work. (II) The Parties shall sets up regular high-level communication mechanism between Hengqin New Area and Vimicro (Hengqin) to consult settlement of the major issues of cooperation.

A high-level joint conference mechanism shall be established between the parties with purposes to determine the strategic arrangements for the parties’ cooperation, communicate on progress of major projects, inspect the performance of this Agreement, discuss and resolve major issues in the cooperation and promote the substantive collaboration between the parties. Article XII. A daily liaison scheme shall be developed based on the high-level joint conference mechanism. Party A’s finance department and Party B’s 2nd client department will be responsible for implementing the agreed plan of cooperation. Article XIII. Party B shall appoint a bank account manager (or an account management team) to accommodate Party A’s needs in its business growth, so as to create a major channel for daily dealings between Party A and Party B. The account manager shall handle various business-related requests raised by Party A, integrate Party B’s internal resources and provide a wide range of professional services to Party A.

Cooperation Mechanism. In order to expand cooperation channels and ensure the effectiveness of cooperation, each party set up a project promotion working group to coordinate and deal with the difficulties and problems arising from the cooperation, and jointly promote the implementation of specific projects. The Chengyang District government of Qingdao has designated Chengyang sub-district office to be responsible for communication, liaison, coordination and other specific cooperation matters with the project party.
