Technical Working Groups. ‌ Technical working groups may consist of expert-level representatives of the Parties as agreed, and shall identify, address and attempt to resolve technical and scientific issues arising from this Chapter. In cases where these issues are not able to be resolved at the level of the established technical working group, they shall be reported to the Joint SPS Committee in order to reach a mutually acceptable resolution with the least disruption to trade.

Technical Working Groups. 1. A Technical Working Group may function on an on-going or ad hoc basis.
Technical Working Groups. The Governance Committee may establish Technical Working Groups, one each for the Xxxxxx, Harlem and East Rivers region and the Lake Champlain region, for the purpose of working with the Governance Committee and the Trust Administrator to provide scientific and technical advice, support and recommendations. Upon request of the Trust Administrator, the Technical Working Groups may evaluate and assist with the implementation of the projects approved for funding. Members of the Technical Working Groups will be selected by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the Members of the Governance Committee in attendance. Technical Working Group members need not be members of the Governance Committee but shall consist of Signatory Parties to the JP, interested state and federal resource agencies, or others which have demonstrated technical expertise related to the protection, restoration and study of aquatic habitats in the relevant water bodies. Technical Working Group members may be added, removed or replaced at the option of the Governance Committee by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the Members of the Governance Committee in attendance.
Technical Working Groups. In order to ensure proper technical guidance for the Project, the Recipient shall maintain the technical working groups with terms of reference, staffing and other resources acceptable to the Association, which shall: (a) be responsible for, inter alia, assisting the Secretariat by providing guidance on technical aspects of the Agreed Annual Work Plans; and be comprised of the department directors within MOEST, representatives of Partners and other stakeholders; and (iii) meet at least once every month.

The Recipient will develop, agree and sign Terms of Reference (in a form that is acceptable to the Ministry) to establish the Technical Working Groups. iii. The Technical Working Groups will provide their specialist expertise to the Advisory Working Group and/or Recipient as required and/or as set out in the Project Plan. iv. The Recipient must comply with the Terms of Reference of the Technical Working Groups.

  • Working Groups From time to time, a Joint Committee may establish and delegate duties to sub-committees or directed teams (each, a “Working Group”) on an “as-needed” basis to oversee particular projects or activities (e.g., joint project team, joint finance group, or joint intellectual property group). Each such Working Group shall be constituted and shall operate as the Joint Committee determines; provided, that each Working Group shall have equal representation from each Party, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Working Groups may be established on an ad hoc basis for purposes of a specific project or on such other basis as the Joint Committee may determine. Each Working Group and its activities shall be subject to the oversight, review and approval of, and shall report to, the Joint Committee that formed said Working Group. In no event shall the authority of the Working Group exceed that specified for the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group. All decisions of a Working Group shall be by unanimous agreement. Any disagreement between the designees of AbbVie and Ablynx on a Working Group shall be referred to the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group for resolution.

  • Working Group 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons, which shall meet at least once every 3 years or on request of the Free Trade Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2. The Working Group's functions shall include: (a) to review the implementation and operation of this Chapter; (b) to consider the development of measures to further facilitate temporary entry of business persons on a reciprocal basis; (c) the identification of measures that affect the temporary entry of business persons under this Chapter; and (d) the observance of the issues established under Article 121 (Cooperation).

The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement. Contractor’s project manager is: [Insert name]. Subject to written approval by the JBE, Contractor may change its project manager without need for an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Design Team The Design Professional represents that it has or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in the performance of this Contract, except for personnel required to be furnished by the Owner. The Design Professional’s personnel shall not be employees of the Owner. . The Design Professional further represents that all of the services required hereunder will be performed by the Design Professional or under its supervision, or by subconsultants under its supervision, as applicable. All personnel so engaged shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized under State or local law to perform such services.

With respect to any action, decision or determination which is to be taken or made by County under this Contract, the County’s Designated Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify Engineer in writing of an individual responsible for and capable of taking such action, decision or determination and shall forward any communications and documentation to such individual for response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by the County’s Designated Representative on behalf of County shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters therefor are included in this Contract, in which case, actions taken by the County’s Designated Representative shall be in accordance with such express standards or parameters. Any consent, approval, decision or determination hereunder by the County’s Designated Representative shall be binding on County; provided, however, the County’s Designated Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Contract, an Executed Work Authorization, an executed Supplemental Work Authorization or executed Contract Amendment. County’s Designated Representative shall not have any authority to execute a Contract Amendment, Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization unless otherwise granted such authority by the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court. Engineer’s Designated Representative for purposes of this Contract is as follows:

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
