Coordinator Responsibilities. 6.1 The Grantee Coordinator shall be primarily responsible for communication between the Network and FLQ, in consultation with the Other Coordinator. 6.2 The Coordinators shall represent the Network with respect to any and all technical matters relating to and in connection with the performance of the Project. The Coordinators shall be responsible for work and organization relating to the Project by all Network Parties. 6.3 Subject to FLQ’s prior written approval, the Coordinators may mutually decide to: (i) add additional Member Investigators (and their respective Member Institutions), provided that any such additional Member Investigators and their respective Member Institutions execute the appropriate Acknowledgment attached hereto as Exhibit 1 ;

Coordinator Responsibilities. The teacher-coordinator, representing the school, will coordinate the training program toward satisfactory preparation for the student's career interests, and agrees: To provide the necessary related classroom instruction and develop a training plan or connecting activities for each grading period or school term. To make at least one visit per grading period to the training station to observe the student, consult with employer, and supply assistance with student training problems to assure a successful work experience. To assist in the evaluation of the student. To attempt to resolve complaints with all parties concerned, with the authority to withdraw a student when necessary. To accept students into the program, and inform students of job opportunities without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, religion, creed, disadvantaging or handicapping condition, or limited English proficiency.
Coordinator Responsibilities. (a) Buyer as Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility. Upon initial synchronization of the Facility to the CAISO Grid, Buyer shall be the Scheduling Coordinator or designate a qualified third party to provide Scheduling Coordinator services with the CAISO for the Facility for both the delivery and the receipt of the Product at the Delivery Point. At least thirty (30) days prior to the initial synchronization of the Facility to the CAISO Grid, (i) Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Buyer and the CAISO all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility effective as of the initial synchronization of the Facility to the CAISO Grid, and (ii) Buyer shall, and shall cause its designee to, take all actions and execute and deliver to Seller and the CAISO all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer or its designee as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility effective as of the initial synchronization of the Facility to the CAISO Grid. On and after initial synchronization of the Facility to the CAISO Grid, Seller shall not authorize or designate any other party to act as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, nor shall Seller perform for its own benefit the duties of Scheduling Coordinator, and Seller shall not revoke Buyer’s authorization to act as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator unless agreed to by Buyer. Buyer (as Seller’s SC) shall submit Schedules to the CAISO in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable CAISO Tariff, protocols and Scheduling practices for Product on a day-ahead, hour-ahead, fifteen-minute market or real time basis, as determined by Buyer.
Coordinator Responsibilities. The MCO Coordinator shall have lead responsibility for creating and implementing the Comprehensive Care Plan unless otherwise designated by the MCO or a Care System. The Coordinator or nurse practitioner shall perform the activities specified in paragraphs 6.1.5(G)(1) through 6.1.5(G)(18) below: (1) For all Enrollees, arrange for the initial comprehensive assessment, and periodic comprehensive reassessment as necessary, of supports and services based on the Enrollee’s strengths, needs, choices, and preferences in life domain areas.‌ (2) Facilitate annual physician visits for primary and preventive care. (3) Develop and update the Enrollee’s Comprehensive Care Plan based on relevant ongoing comprehensive assessment; (4) Arrange and coordinate the provision of supports and services identified in the Enrollee’s Comprehensive Care Plan, including knowledgeable and skilled specialty services and prevention and early intervention services; (5) Assist the Enrollee to maximize informed choices of services and control over services and supports; (6) Monitor the progress toward achieving the Enrollee’s outcomes in order to evaluate and adjust the timeliness and adequacy of services; (7) Coordinate with Local Agency case managers, financial workers and other staff, as necessary (including use of the DHS form “Case Manager/ Financial Worker Communication,” Form 5181 as provided by the STATE), and with other organizations that are providing support (e.g. transportation); (8) Communications include the transfer of an Enrollee from one MCO to another MCO or Local Agency in the event an Enrollee is disenrolled from the MCO, using the Universal Transfer Form (UTF) as provided by the STATE; (9) Solicit and analyze relevant information; (10) Communicate effectively with the Enrollee and with other individuals participating in the Enrollee’s Comprehensive Care Plan, including use of PCA service plan and process as required under section 6.1.32. (11) Educate and communicate to the Enrollee about good health care practices, and behaviors which put the Enrollee’s health at risk; (12) Be informed of basic Enrollee protection requirements, including data privacy; (13) Inform, educate, and assist the Enrollee in identifying available services providers and accessing needed resources and services beyond the limitations of the Medical Assistance Benefit and Medicare Benefit set; (14) Coordinate the provision of services outside of the MCO benefit package; (15) Ensure that both diagno...

  • Contractor Responsibilities 19.1. Contractor shall perform national criminal history checks for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and 10-panel drug screening tests on all prospective employees performing work under this RFP or coming onto a CMHA property and any resulting contract and provide summaries of the results to the Authority if requested. For the purposes of this section, the term “employees” includes contractor. Prospective employees whose criminal background check discloses a misdemeanor or felony involving crimes of moral turpitude, sexual offenses or harm to persons or property shall not be employed to perform work under this RFP or any resulting contract. Contractor is required to perform drug screening of all employees and to ensure acceptable test results. Criminal history and drug screening checks will be completed at the sole expense of the contractor. Any employee of the Contractor suspected of being under the influence of drugs and or alcohol will be reported to the appropriate personnel at CMHA and/or other local law enforcement. If the employee is determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in any form or manner, or believed by proper authority to be dealing in illicit sale of alcohol or drugs they will be removed and shall not be allowed to return to any job site on the Authority’s property. The Contractor’s contract may be suspended and/or terminated should such a situation occur or if the Contractor fails to submit results pursuant to this section. 19.1.1. If CMHA requests additional drug screening, the test shall be performed within 24 hours and the summary shall be sent directly to CMHA from the testing facility. 19.2. Contractor(s) shall provide uniforms and ID Badges identifying Contractor for all employees working on CMHA’s properties. No employees will be allowed on CMHA’s properties out of uniform and without his/her ID badge on his/her person. Contractor(s) must submit a picture of the uniform and a sample of his/her ID badge if requested by CMHA. 19.3. Contractor’s personnel shall be neat and conduct all work in a professional and efficient manner. If any employee of Contractor is deemed unacceptable by CMHA, Contractor shall immediately replace such personnel with an acceptable substitute to CMHA. 19.4. Contractor(s) shall practice acceptable safety precautions so as not to cause harm to any persons or property while performing services under this RFP or any resulting contract. Contractor(s) shall follow industry safety standards, and use only industry approved safety equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications in the performance of all duties. 19.5. Contractor(s) shall pay all of its employees, including any and all approved Sub-Contractors, at least the legal minimum wages as determined by the United States Department of Labor and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and Department of Labor Prevailing Wage. Wage Determinations can be accessed via the Department of Labor website, xxx.xxxx.xxx. 19.6. Upon completion of the work, Contractor(s) shall clean up the area where the work was performed and Contractor(s) shall remove any debris generated by the products and/or services at CMHA premises. At no time, will Contractor(s) discard debris into any CMHA refuse container. 19.7. Contractor(s) shall clearly mark all work areas that might reasonably be expected to endanger the health and safety of residents, guests, or any other persons. Contractor(s) will provide such signs, markers and barricades as required to identify all work areas and minimize inherent dangers. 19.8. The contractor shall be responsible for notifying CMHA immediately of any damages (i.e. fire, container leaking) deemed to be a health or safety hazard whether the damage is caused by the contractor or other means. 19.9. The Contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all CMHA property provided for Contractor use. At the close of each workday, CMHA facilities, property and materials shall be inspected and secured.
