Copies of all job postings will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President at the time of posting.
Copies of all job postings and job applicants with the successful bidder will be given to the Plant Chairperson.
Copies of all job postings shall be submitted to the Union Committee prior to the posting. The Employer will endeavour to provide forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to the Union Committee prior to posting a job vacancy.
Copies of all job postings will be forwarded to the Chief Xxxxxxx(s) at the time they are posted.
Copies of all job postings shall be forwarded to the unit Xxxxxxx. The Board shall notify the employee and the Unit Xxxxxxx of the acceptance or rejection of the employee's application within ten (10) working days of the date fixed in the posting for the final submission of applications, if an internal only posting, and within thirty (30) working days of the date fixed in the posting for the final submission of applications if an open competition unless extended by mutual agreement.
Copies of all job postings shall be forwarded to the Union. The City shall notify the employee and the Union of the acceptance or rejection of the employee's application within fourteen (14) days of the date fixed in the posting for final submission of applications. Nothing herein requires the Employer to fill the said position.
Copies of all job postings will be given to the Chairperson(s). At the time the successful applicant’s name is posted, a copy will be given to the Chairperson(s).
Copies of all job postings in accordance with Section 1 and Section 3.A of Article 28 and competitive class exam announcements shall be provided to the CSEA Unit President at the time of announcement or posting. Civilian Division:
