Core M&O Services in Scope. Contractor shall provide Core M&O Services in the following categories as they solely pertain to the Managed Applications in Table 1.   • Reductions in Scope of Work City may independently, or upon request from Consultant, from time to time, reduce the Required Services to be performed by the Consultant under this Agreement. Upon doing so, City and Consultant agree to meet and confer in good faith for the purpose of negotiating a corresponding reduction in the compensation associated with the reduction.

  • SERVICES NOT IN SCOPE The OCO shall not issue a task order and a Contractor shall not accept or perform work for the following services when the predominant task order scope of work* is:

  • Outsourcing 28.1. The Company provides its Clients with trading services using an internet based trading system. The Company has outsourced the development, physical hosting, maintenance and updating of its online Trading Platform to a foreign entity. The Company’s Clients will not have any direct contact with this entity and the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of all the data regarding the identity of its Clients. The Client hereby acknowledges and accepts the fact that the Company outsources such activities.

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Goods, Works and Non-Consultant Services All goods, works and Non-Consultant Services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
