COURSES OF STUDY AND CURRICULUM. NC and the ECHS shall provide a rigorous course of study that enables a participating student to receive a high school diploma and complete the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board's (THECB) core curriculum as defined by the Texas Administrative Code (TAC Sub. D, Rule 4.28), an Associate degree or up to 60 credit hours towards a baccalaureate degree during grades 9-12. Selected courses must be from the declared and approved degree plan. o The ECHS will provide students with academic, social, and student support services in the high school course of study. o The ECHS is responsible for ensuring that state course requirements for high school graduation are fulfilled. o The ECHS will provide students access to instructional materials on or before the first class day according to the College academic calendar. o The College will provide students with academic and student support services for the college level course of study. o The College shall ensure that curricula offered for college credit and comparable courses offered by the College are equivalent with respect to the curriculum, materials, instructional activity, and method/rigor of evaluation of student performance. (TAC Sub. G, Rule 4.157) o The College will regularly update the ECHS counselor and principal regarding College curricular changes.

The College shall ensure that curricula offered for college credit and comparable courses offered by the College are equivalent with respect to the curriculum, materials, instructional activity, and method/rigor of evaluation of student performance. (TAC Title 19, Part 1, Ch. 4, Subch. G, Rule 4.157) The College will regularly update the DISTRICT counselor and principal regarding College curricular changes. COLLEGE COURSES: Dual credit courses under the governance and assessment of TJC are college level classes in curricula, content, rigor, grading and weighting, and instruction during the College term, which may provide both college transcript credit and high school credit. Dual credit courses must follow the TJC departments’ established syllabi, as well as the grading/weighting of assignments, exams, labs and projects to maintain the academic integrity and rigor of the college course. The School District may not impose additional curricular requirements on the college class or the instructor of record for the college course. Dual credit courses use the College’s approved learning management system and gradebook. The gradebook must be kept up to date weekly for students to maintain awareness of status in the course. All evaluations and observations of TJC College classes and dual credit professors must be completed by a TJC department chair or faculty member designated by the department chair.   • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.

  • Clinical 2.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.

  • Clinical Trials The studies, tests and preclinical and clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of, or sponsored by, the Company, or in which the Company has participated, that are described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, or the results of which are referred to in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, were and, if still pending, are being conducted in all material respects in accordance with protocols, procedures and controls pursuant to, where applicable, accepted professional and scientific standards for products or product candidates comparable to those being developed by the Company and all applicable statutes, rules and regulations of the FDA, the EMEA, Health Canada and other comparable drug and medical device (including diagnostic product) regulatory agencies outside of the United States to which they are subject; the descriptions of the results of such studies, tests and trials contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or the Prospectus do not contain any misstatement of a material fact or omit a material fact necessary to make such statements not misleading; the Company has no knowledge of any studies, tests or trials not described in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus the results of which reasonably call into question in any material respect the results of the studies, tests and trials described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package or Prospectus; and the Company has not received any notices or other correspondence from the FDA, EMEA, Health Canada or any other foreign, state or local governmental body exercising comparable authority or any Institutional Review Board or comparable authority requiring or threatening the termination, suspension or material modification of any studies, tests or preclinical or clinical trials conducted by or on behalf of, or sponsored by, the Company or in which the Company has participated, and, to the Company’s knowledge, there are no reasonable grounds for the same. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there has not been any violation of law or regulation by the Company in its respective product development efforts, submissions or reports to any regulatory authority that could reasonably be expected to require investigation, corrective action or enforcement action.

  • Trials The Ship shall run the following test and trials:

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day.   • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.
