Curriculum Materials. Any curriculum materials provided to the Partner by ACPS pursuant to this Agreement will be held to the same standards as ACPS curriculum materials.
Curriculum Materials. All rights of Seller with respect to Curriculum (as defined in Section 5.08(e)) used in connection with the educational programs of the School, whether proprietary or licensed from third parties (including all periodic updates to the curriculum as developed or used by Seller or any such third parties);
Curriculum Materials. Every effort shall be made to continuously update curriculum materials by reviewing them every five (5) years. Such review is to be conducted by a review committee of teachers, knowledgeable in the area of study involved. Each review committee shall include at least one (1) appropriate member of the administrative staff. A written report with recommendations will be made to the Board.
Curriculum Materials. 2.R.1 The Department shall provide every teacher:
a. Curriculum guides, Curriculum maps, standards, publications, and textbooks (print or electronic) teacher editions of resources and instructional materials for each subject the teacher is required to teach
b. Publications and textbooks (including teacher editions) shall be consistent with the approved curriculum and standards.

C. While the District supplies a timeline for progression through learning targets and assessments, the District recognizes that student learning needs may present the need for flexibility in the timeline for delivery and assessment of District and state curriculum.
D. The District will make every effort to provide required curriculum and/or materials to employees by the end of the preceding school year. At the secondary level, curriculum and/or materials for the second semester should be provided by November 1st. Should the District not meet these timelines, a professional development plan to support employees will be provided and timelines adjusted accordingly. This plan shall include Association input through a mutually agreed upon joint group.
E. The District will strategically and intentionally coordinate the implementation of new curriculum and/or materials at the elementary level. There will be no more than one (1) implementation in any given school year across all content areas unless necessary to comply with state or federal requirements. In the event a federal or state requirement mandates a curriculum change, this mandate will become the one (1) allowable implementation.
1. During the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school year, the District will implement social emotional learning and human growth and development curriculum. This provision will not be subject to item F below.
F. In the event the School Board suspends the workload provisions, the District shall implement no new curriculum during the course of the workload suspension, except as modified below.
1. New curriculum may be implemented if teachers have prepared for new curriculum prior to the declaration of the suspension of workload.
2. When necessary to comply with state or federal requirements.
G. The District will annually review the allocation of resources for the purchase of library materials during budget development and adjust resources as necessary.

All rights of Seller with respect to Curriculum used in connection with the educational programs of the Schools, whether proprietary or licensed from third parties (including all periodic updates to the curriculum as developed or used by Seller or any such third parties); provided, however, that on the Closing Date, Buyer and Edutown LLC ----------------- shall enter the License Agreement and Edutown shall thereby receive the rights to use the Curriculum in the manner set forth in such agreement; and
Curriculum Materials. SEZP will have the opportunity to perform an inventory of all curriculum materials and associated equipment located in facilities used by the Target Schools. SEZP will have the right to retain possession of any curriculum materials and associated equipment located in the Target Schools. SPS will remove, at no cost to SEZP, any curriculum materials SEZP does not identify to be retained.
Curriculum Materials. All curriculum materials available for documentation were obtained through UKA’s headquarters in Mexico City and the Ometepec CHC with their expressed permission. All materials available and used currently by health promoters and all information disseminated on breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and diarrhea were requested. These topics were deemed the most important nutrition education topics by the UKA project supervisor and included: a training manual created by Ometepec CHC staff, recipes given to participants, census data collected by UKA, and education information (e.g. handouts, flipcharts, participatory based activities, etc.). Access to all UKA statistical data (including height, weight, household statistics, anemia status, etc.) was also available to researchers.
