Data back-up. The Contractor shall ensure the complete download of the data used by the Contractual Services, generated by the use of the Contractual Services and stored in the Contractual Services in accordance with the terms of the Contract, but at least weekly (“Backup”), and, according to the instructions of E.ON, to reupload the backup or to release the backup to E.ON in its entirety or, if desired by E.ON, in part, on a market-standard electronic medium.
Data back-up. Company acknowledges that the Hosted Services do not serve as a repository for Company's Data and it is Company's responsibility to store and regularly back-up its Data.

Data back-up. 10.1 Where specified in the relevant Service specification projectfive or its Third Party provider, will keep a regular backup of the Website/Materials which can be used in the event of a hard drive, server or other technical failure. Such back-up will be stored separately and securely and will, if necessary be used to restore operations as soon as reasonably possible. 10.2 The Customer must take reasonable steps to ensure that adequate procedures are in place in accordance with best computing practice with regard to the regular taking of back-up copies of data. Before performing Services projectfive will, where necessary, take data back-ups in accordance with good industry practice or recommend that the Customer does so. projectfive does not warrant that it or its suppliers will necessarily be able to recover or reconstitute Customer data during the performance of the Services.

Data back-up. 9.1 Back-Up. TPA shall make tapes, microfiche, images or other hardcopy backups containing copies of any and all Customer Data and Books and Records then residing on the Customer Software or on any third-party software or on the TPA Software (the "Back-Up Copies") and shall maintain the Back-Up Copies, each in accordance with the procedures and for the time periods set forth in Exhibit 9.1. TPA shall send the Back-Up Copies to the off-site storage facilities in accordance with the procedures set forth in Exhibit 4.4 and Exhibit 9.1 (collectively, the "Off-Site Facilities", each, an "Off-Site Facility") or to any other facility which TPA may select to replace a current Off-Site Facility; provided, however, that (1) TPA shall notify each Customer of any proposed change in the location of an Off-Site Facility and (2) each new Off-Site Facility shall maintain at least the same level of Security Procedures which were maintained at the replaced Off-Site Facility and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of this Agreement. Upon any Customer's reasonable request and, if required, execution of a non-disclosure agreement with applicable Off-Site Facility provider(s) in a form reasonably acceptable to such Customer, authorized personnel of such Customer shall be permitted access to the Off-Site Facilities during normal business hours subject to any reasonable security procedures or other restrictions in effect at the Off-Site Facilities at the time of the access. Upon the reasonable request of any Customer, TPA shall make available to Customer a copy of such of the Back-Up Copies as such Customer shall request. The costs of producing any Back-Up Copies for such Customer shall be paid to TPA by Customer as a Pass Through Cost.
Data back-up. Data Backups – System, application and associated data backups must be performed daily; backup solution must support a 72 hour recovery and must go offsite on a frequency to support 72 hour RTO and less than 24 hour RPO.
Data back-up. Licensee acknowledges that the DataSelf Cloud is not a system of record, and Licensee is responsible for all data storage and back up of the source systems from which the data processed by the DataSelf Cloud is sourced. In the event of corruption or destruction of or damage to Licensee Data hosted on the DataSelf Cloud, Licensor will use commercially reasonable efforts to recover or restore Licensee Data from back up on the DataSelf Cloud, but shall not be liable for any damages or other consequences due to destruction or corruption of or damage to Licensee Data.
