Day-to. Day MMIP Monitoring CMS and the State will establish procedures for MMIP daily monitoring, as described in Appendix 7. Oversight shall generally be conducted in line with the following principles:  The State and CMS will each retain, yet coordinate current responsibilities toward the Enrollee, such that Enrollees maintain access to their benefits across both programs.  CMS and the State will leverage existing protocols (e.g. in responding to Enrollee complaints, conducting account management, and analyzing enrollment data) to identify and solve Enrollee access problems in real-time.  Oversight will be coordinated and subject to a unified set of requirements. CMS- State Contract Management Teams, as described in Appendix 7, will be established. Oversight will build on areas of expertise and capacity of the State and CMS.  Oversight of the MMIPs and providers will be at least as rigorous as existing procedures for Medicare Advantage, Part D, and the Washington Medicaid program.  Medicare Part D oversight will continue to be a CMS responsibility, with appropriate coordination and communication with the State. MMIPs will be included in all existing Medicare Advantage and Part D oversight activities, including, but not limited to, data-driven monitoring, secret shopping, contracted monitoring projects, plan ratings, formulary administration and transition review, and audits.  CMS and the State will enhance existing mechanisms and develop new mechanisms to xxxxxx performance improvement and remove consistently poor performing plans from the Demonstration, leveraging existing CMS tools, such as the Complaints Tracking Module or the Medicare Part D Critical Incidence Reporting System, and existing State oversight and tracking tools. Standards for removal on the grounds of poor performance, including continuous failure to meet quality and performance thresholds, or program integrity requirements, will be articulated in the Three-Way Contract.

Day-to day project monitoring is the responsibility of the PCU but other project partners will have responsibilities to collect specific information to track the indicators. ........................(Project document paragraph 138) Project risks and assumptions will be regularly reviewed both by project partners and the PCU on behalf of UNEP. Risk assessment and rating is an integral part of the annual Project Implementation Review (PIR), preparation of which will be the responsibility of the Project Manager. Day-to. Day Decision-Making Authority. For the avoidance of doubt, unless the Licensor exercises the Reversion Option, Licensee shall bear the entire responsibility for the Exploitation of Products in the Field in the Territory, provided that such decisions are not inconsistent with the Development Plan or the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Provider is not obligated to comply with the advance reporting requirements set forth herein with respect to the day-to-day responsibilities of Provider that are not Material Governance Areas. However, Provider shall comply with the advance reporting requirements with respect to the day-to-day responsibilities that are Material Governance Areas. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Provider shall have the continuing duty to inform the Comm ission of any information that Provider reasonably believes the Commission would want to know (or that the Commission Lead has reasonably requested) prior to Provider’s decision on such matter.

Day-to. Afternoon Shift to In order to qualify for overtime payment, the overtime work performed must be authorized by the individual's immediate managerial supervisor. Employees required to work overtime shall be allowed to take time off work in lieu of overtime payment at a time mutually agreed upon. No employeeshall be allowed to accumulate more than five days of overtime for purpose of taking time off work in lieu of payment. Where an employee takes time off work in lieu of overtime payment, it be on the basis of one hour and a half off for each one hour overtime worked. Employees will not be required to take time off in lieu of overtime compensation. For the purposes of this Agreement, an employee's straight time hourly rate" is as stated in Schedule A.

Day-to. Day Substitutes at least once prior to the start of each school year and again if they are still not employed after the 20th day staff reductions;
