Day-to. Afternoon Shift to In order to qualify for overtime payment, the overtime work performed must be authorized by the individual's immediate managerial supervisor. Employees required to work overtime shall be allowed to take time off work in lieu of overtime payment at a time mutually agreed upon. No employeeshall be allowed to accumulate more than five days of overtime for purpose of taking time off work in lieu of payment. Where an employee takes time off work in lieu of overtime payment, it be on the basis of one hour and a half off for each one hour overtime worked.
