DEBIT CARD SERVICES. The following terms and conditions govern Debit Card processing services provided by Servicers to Merchant, regardless of whether Merchant applies to receive such services at the time of its initial application for electronic payment services, or subsequently elects to receive such services from Services.

DEBIT CARD SERVICES. Vendor shall provide City customers the opportunity to make City Department payments by “Pin-less” debit card for both an interactive telephone voice response system (“IVR”), at the POS (if applicable), and internet interface. The “Pin-less” debit cards will processed through applications approved through pilot programs offered. Vendor shall, on behalf of the City, collect and process City Payments from City customers using their debit cards as agreed upon by the City. Vendor shall confirm the dollar amount of all City customers City payment and the corresponding convenience fees (should the City’s Department want to charge this fee) to be charged to his/her Debit Card and obtain the City customers approval (electronic or otherwise) of such charges prior to initiating credit authorizations. Vendor shall provide City customers with electronic confirmation of debit card transactions. For authorization purposes, Vendor shall electronically transmit all debit card transactions to the City’s Bank, as the debit card processor, in real time, as the transactions occur. Vendor shall retain debit card authorization logs and transaction records for such period of time as required by applicable law and the regulations of the respective Card organizations. Vendor shall arrange for a unique line merchant descriptor for Vendor payment that references the name of the City’s Department, where applicable, and arrange for a separate unique line merchant description for the Convenience Fee (should the City’s Department want to charge this fee) that references the Vendor and the nature of the fee consistent with credit card association regulations. The City shall provide updates to the Vendor for disputes/charge-backs of credit cards.

DEBIT CARD SERVICES. Borrowers have requested that Lender arrange for debit card issuing and loading services in connection with the Business (the “Card Services”), and Lender has agreed to use its best efforts to arrange for the Card Services at Lender’s cost. Lender shall invoice each Operating Borrower for the Card Services provided to such Operating Borrower. Unless otherwise paid by the Operating Borrower, the amount of any such invoice which has not been paid within thirty (30) days of invoice shall be considered advances of the Principal Sum to such Operating Borrower pursuant to Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim.
