CATEGORY TWO: Grade 12 and one year of additional education. CATEGORY THREE: Grade 12 and two years of additional education. CATEGORY FOUR: Grade 12 and three years of additional education. Education is defined as the successful completion of one year of education in a specific job-related program of study in a school registered with the Ministry of Education. Where a specific job-related course or diploma has been credited previously for salary purposes, it can not be credited again towards another year of education.
