DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment, and 2 supplies, as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement between County of Orange and 3 Community Health Enrichment Collaborative (CHEC) Family Resource Center (FRC), for the 4 Provision of Services Promoting SafeFamily Resource Center and Stable FamiliesFamily 5 Stabilization Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. CONTRACTOR 6 shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of 7 staff described and as required for provision of services hereunder.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the 10 term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as 11 required for provision of services hereunder pursuant to the personnel 12 disclosure provisions of this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 10 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 11 described and as required for provision of services hereunder pursuant to the 12 personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 2 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 3 and supplies as described in the Exhibit ”A” to the Agreement between County 4 of Orange and Children and Families Commission of Orange County, for the 5 Production and Distribution of the 24th through 26th Annual Reports on the 6 Conditions of Children in Orange County, attached hereto and incorporated 7 herein by reference. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term 8 of this Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as required 9 for provision of services hereunder.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 6 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment 7 and supplies as described in the Exhibits to the Agreement between County of 8 Orange and Access California Services, for the Provision of Refugee Social 9 Services and Refugee Health Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein 10 by reference. Exhibit “A” relating to Refugee Social Services, Exhibit “B” 11 relating to Refugee Health Services. CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 12 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff 13 described and as required for provision of services hereunder.

CONTRACTOR 9 shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the 10 number and type of staff described and as required for provision of services 11 hereunder.

CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously 6 throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as required 7 for provision of services hereunder.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING. 5 4.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, 6 equipment, and supplies as described in the Exhibit “A” to the Agreement 7 Between County of Orange and Volunteer Center of Greater Orange County, dba 8 OneOC, for the Provision of Training and Technical Support of OEA Services, 9 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference CONTRACTOR shall operate 10 continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with the number and type of 11 staff described and as required for provision of services hereunder pursuant 12 to the personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement.
