Description of the Proposed Change. 2.1 The proceeds of the supplemental financing to Program 4518/BL-HO will be used to strengthen efforts to meet the program’s development objectives set out in Components 2 and 3. In particular, they will be used to help reduce domestic violence in Honduras, especially in Choluteca in the Gulf of Xxxxxxx region, and to continue working to improve the effectiveness of the National Police Force (PNH). The activities that will be financed with these resources, which were not envisaged in the original design of program 4518/BL-HO, are as follows: in Component 2:
