Design Development Phase of Project. 2.1.5.1 On specific written approval by District of the plans and the preliminary project budget or allowance described in section 2.1.4 of this article, Architect/Engineer shall prepare design development documents consisting at a minimum of site and floor plans, elevations, and any other drawings and documents sufficient to fix and describe the size and character of the Project's structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, types, quality and makeup of materials, types of structures and outline specifications (for presentation to District’s Governing Board for approval). 2.1.5.2 Architect/Engineer shall provide a complete set of the design development documents described in section 2. 1.5.1 for District review and written approval. Additionally, at District expense, Architect/Engineer shall provide copies of such documents as required by any federal, state, regional, or local agencies concerned with the Project, including, but not limited to, the State Department of Education, the Division of State Architect, the Department of General Services, and any other appropriate federal, state, local, or regional regulatory bodies. Any additional copies required shall be provided at cost to District. 2.1.5.3 Architect/Engineer shall provide District with an updated estimate of probable construction costs, containing detail consistent with the design development documents as set forth in section 2.1.5.1 of this article and containing a breakdown based on types of materials and specifications identified in section 2.1.5.4 Architect/Engineer shall provide a timetable for completion of the Project to District. 2.1.5.5 Architect/Engineer shall apply for and obtain required approvals from the Division of the State Architect and shall furnish and process all architectural and engineering information required to prepare and process applications to applicable 2.1.5.6 Architect/Engineer shall provide a color schedule of all materials and selections of textures, finishes, and other matters requiring an aesthetic decision at this phase of the Project for District's review and approval. 2.1.5.7 The Architect/Engineer shall assist the District and its consultants in the preparation and/or modification of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan if any such plan is required for the Project.

Design Development Phase of Project. 2.1.5.1 On Owner’s specific written approval of the Schematic Plans, Architect shall prepare site and floor plans, elevations, and any other drawings and documents sufficient to fix and describe the size and character of the Project's structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, and site improvements as applicable (on and off-site) to the extent required to provide the successful completion of the Project), types and makeup of materials, and outline specifications (Design Development Documents) for presentation to Owner’s governing board or other governing body for approval. 2.1.5.2 Architect shall provide a complete set of the Design Development Documents for Owner’s review and approval. Additionally, at Owner’s expense, Architect shall provide copies of the Design Development Documents as required by any federal, state, regional, or local agencies concerned with the Project, including but not limited to the CDE, the California Department of General Services, the DSA, and any other appropriate federal, state, local, or regional regulatory bodies. Any additional copies required shall be provided at cost to Owner. 2.1.5.3 Architect shall provide Owner with an updated estimate of probable construction costs, containing detail consistent with the Design Development Documents and a breakdown based on types of materials and specifications identified in the Design Development Documents. However, if a Lease-Leaseback or Construction Manager Project delivery method is selected, the Architect will only be responsible to review and provide comments regarding the estimate provided by others. Architect’s estimate of probable construction cost will be furnished upon conventional means of analysis using model costing, square-foot or systems/assembly analysis. 2.1.5.4 Architect shall provide Owner with a timetable for completion of the Project. 2.1.5.5 Architect shall assist Owner in applying for and obtaining required approvals from DSA, or other governing authority having jurisdiction over the Project, as the case may be, and shall furnish and process all architectural and engineering information required to prepare and process applications to applicable utilities for securing priorities, materials, as an aid in construction of the Project, and in obtaining final Project approval and acceptance by DSA as required. 2.1.5.6 Architect shall provide a color schedule of all materials and selections of textures, finishes, and other items requiring an aesthetic decision at...
Design Development Phase of Project. (i) On specific written approval by the District of the plans described in subdivision (d) of this Article, the Architect shall prepare design development documents consisting of site and floor plans, elevations and any other drawings and documents sufficient to fix and describe the size and character of the Project's structural, mechanical and electrical systems, types and makeup of materials and outline specifications for presentation to the Board for approval. (ii) The Architect shall provide five (5) complete sets of the design development documents described in section (e)(i) for District review and approval. Additionally, at District expense, the Architect shall provide copies of such documents as required by any State, federal, local, or regional agencies concerned with the Project, including, but not limited to CDE, DSA, the Department of General Services and any other appropriate federal, State, local, or regional regulatory bodies. Any additional copies required may be provided at cost to District. (iii) The Architect shall provide District with an updated estimate of probable construction costs, containing detail consistent with the design development documents as set forth in section (e)(i) of this Article and containing a breakdown based on types of materials and specifications identified in section (e)(i) of this Article; (iv) Architect shall provide a timetable of Project to District; (v) The Architect shall assist District in applying for and obtaining required approvals from all applicable governmental agencies and shall furnish and process all architectural and engineering information required to prepare and process applications to applicable utilities and governmental agencies for the securing of priorities, materials, or funds as an aid in the construction of the Project and obtain final Project approval and acceptance by said agencies as required. (vi) The Architect shall provide a color schedule of all materials and selections of texture, finishes, and other matters involving an aesthetic decision in the Project for District's review and approval.
Design Development Phase of Project. 3.1.6.1 On specific written approval by DISTRICT of the plans described in paragraph 3.1.5.1 through 3.1.5.6 of this article, Architect shall prepare design development documents consisting of site and floor plans, elevations, and any other drawings and documents sufficient to fix and describe the size and character of the Project’s structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, types and makeup of materials and outline specifications for presentation to the District’s Governing Board for approval. 3.1.6.2 Architect shall provide at DISTRICT’s expense sufficient complete sets of the design development documents described in section 3.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Research Project The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: a. for procuring and maintaining in full force and effect all Consents, Clearances and Permits, required in accordance with Law for development of the Project; b. for financing, constructing, owning and commissioning each of the Element of the Project for the scope of work set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement in accordance with: i. the Electricity Act and the Rules made thereof; ii. the Grid Code; iii. the CEA Regulations applicable, and as amended from time to time, for Transmission Lines and sub-stations: • the Central Electricity Authority (Technical Standards for Connectivity to the Grid) Regulations, 2007; • Central Electricity Authority (Technical Standards for construction of Electrical Plants and Electric Lines) Regulation, 2010; • Central Electricity Authority (Grid Standard) Regulations, 2010; • Central Electricity Authority (Safety requirements for construction, operation and maintenance of Electrical Plants and Electrical Lines) Regulation, 2011; • Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electricity Supply) Regulation, 2010; • Central Electricity Authority (Technical Standards for Communication System in Power System Operation) Regulations, 2020. iv. Safety/ security Guidelines laid down by the Government; v. Prudent Utility Practices, relevant Indian Standards and the Law; not later than the Scheduled COD as per Schedule 2 of this Agreement; c. for entering into a Connection Agreement with the concerned parties in accordance with the Grid Code. d. for owning the Project throughout the term of this Agreement free and clear of any encumbrances except those expressly permitted under Article 15 of this Agreement; e. to co-ordinate and liaise with concerned agencies and provide on a timely basis relevant information with regard to the specifications of the Project that may be required for interconnecting the Project with the Interconnection Facilities; f. for providing all assistance to the Arbitrators as they may require for the performance of their duties and responsibilities; g. to provide to the Nodal Agency and CEA, on a monthly basis, progress reports with regard to the Project and its execution (in accordance with prescribed form) to enable the CEA to monitor and co-ordinate the development of the Project matching with the Interconnection Facilities; h. to comply with Ministry of Power order no. 25-11/6/2018 – PG dated 02.07.2020 as well as other Guidelines issued by Govt. of India pertaining to this; i. to procure the products associated with the Transmission System as per provisions of Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) orders issued by Ministry of Power vide orders No. 11/5/2018 - Coord. dated 28.07.2020 for transmission sector, as amended from time to time read with Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) orders in this regard (Procuring Entity as defined in above orders shall deemed to have included Selected Bidder and/ or TSP). Also, to comply with Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance vide Order (Public Procurement No 1) bearing File No. 6/18/2019- PPD dated 23.07.2020, Order (Public Procurement No 2) bearing File No. 6/18/2019-PPD dated 23.07.2020 and Order (Public Procurement No. 3) bearing File No. 6/18/2019-PPD, dated 24.07.2020, as amended from time to time, regarding public procurement from a bidder of a country, which shares land border with India; j. to submit to Nodal Agency information in the prescribed format [To be devised by Nodal Agency] for ensuring compliance to Article 4.1 i) above. k. to comply with all its obligations undertaken in this Agreement. 4.2 Roles of the Nodal Agency in implementation of the Project: 4.2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Nodal Agency shall be the holder and administrator of this Agreement and shall inter alia: a. appoint an Independent Engineer within 90 days of the Effective Date b. provide letters of recommendation to the concerned Indian Governmental Instrumentality, as may be requested by the TSP from time to time, for obtaining the Consents, Clearances and Permits required for the Project; c. coordinate among TSP and upstream/downstream entities in respect of Interconnection Facilities; and d. monitor the implementation of the Agreement and take appropriate action for breach thereof including revocation of guarantees, cancellation of Agreement, blacklisting etc e. provide all assistance to the Arbitrators as required for the performance of their duties and responsibilities; and f. perform any other responsibility (ies) as specified in this Agreement.
