DESIGNATED HOLIDAYS AND VACATION LEAVE. 14.1 Designated Holidays shall mean: New Year’s Day (January) Family Day (February) Good Friday Victoria Day (May) Canada Day (July) Saskatchewan Day (August) Labour Day (September) Thanksgiving Day (October) Remembrance Day (November) Christmas Day (December) Boxing Day (December) Floating Holiday for 2017 shall occur on Friday June 23rd Floating Holiday for 2018 shall occur on Friday June 22nd Floating Holiday for 2019 shall occur on Friday June 21st Floating Holiday for 2020 shall occur on Monday June 21st Floating Holiday for 2021 shall occur on Monday June 21st Floating Holiday for 2022 shall occur on Monday June 20th In recognition of June 21st – National Aboriginal Day, and any other day legislated by the Federal or Provincial governments as public holiday.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • HOLIDAYS AND VACATION Executive shall be eligible for paid holiday and vacation time in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time and made available to Company’s senior management employees.

  • ANNUAL LEAVE (VACATION) A. Full time employees, except for participants in the Deferred Retirement Option Program, shall be entitled to earn Annual Leave (Vacation) time according to the following schedule: YEARS OF CONSECUTIVE SERVICE COMPLETED: DAYS EARNED PER BI-WEEKLY PERIOD: UP TO AN ANNUAL MAXIMUM OF: less than 5 .38 10 days 5 .57 15 days 10 .65 17 days 13 .77 20 days 20 .80 21 days 21 .84 22 days 22 .88 23 days 23 .92 24 days 24 .96 25 days B. Annual Leave days may be accumulated to a maximum of thirty (30) work days.

  • STATUTORY HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS If statutory holidays, to which an employee is entitled with pay, occur within his or her vacation period, the employee shall be granted an additional day's vacation for each in lieu thereof.

  • Vacation Leave A part-time employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each month in which the employee receives pay for at least twice the number of hours in the employee’s normal workweek, at the rate for years of service established in clause 34.02 of this Agreement, prorated and calculated as follows:

  • HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS If work is performed on Buyer's premises, Buyer shall not be obligated to make any payments to Seller for days designated by Buyer as holidays or shutdown periods, except for work specifically authorized in writing by Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative and performed by Seller on such days.

  • VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Pension, Health Benefit Plan, Education and Assistance Fund and Industry Fund. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.
