Detective On-Call Pay. A member required to be on-call shall be paid twelve dollars ($12) per day for each full day (24 hour period) on call.

Detective On-Call Pay. Detectives who are on-call shall receive eight (8) hours of pay for every week they are on-call. Detectives who are on call on a designated holiday shall receive an additional two (2) hours of overtime pay.
Detective On-Call Pay. Beginning the first full month following execution of the Collective Bargaining Agreement by both Parties, each Detective who is required to be on-call shall receive a stipend of $120.00 per pay period while working in that assignment. This stipend does not impact an Officer’s base salary or hourly rate of pay and shall not be included in pension-eligible earnings.
Detective On-Call Pay. Effective October 29, 2018, for every twenty-four (24) hours assigned to on call duty, Detectives shall receive two (2) hours straight-time pay. The 24-hour on call duty shall begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 8:00 a.m. on the following day. If, while serving on call, the employee is called in to work, the employee shall receive pay for the hours worked in accordance with the provisions of this MOU.
Detective On-Call Pay. Effective the first (1st) of the calendar month after implementation of this Agreement, this Deputy Detective assigned to the Investigations Unit as primary on­ call will receive one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week when assigned as the primary on­ call employee. On-call status is determined by the Detective Sergeant. There will be a maximum of one (1) Detective considered as primary on-call per week. On-call pay will be paid in weekly increments.
Detective On-Call Pay. For each week of on-call service, Detectives shall receive four (4) hours of paid time off, at their regular hourly rate, which must be taken during the following week. Scheduled time off is subject to supervisory approval.

  • Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2017, the Employer shall contribute the Training Rate or forty cents ($0.40), whichever is higher, to the Partnership for each Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour worked. Non- Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off, and training hours. Non-billable hours shall also be excluded for contribution purposes. Contributions under this provision shall be paid periodically as required by the Trust.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.

  • EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL 7.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Causes Beyond Control Neither party of this contract shall be held responsible for delay or default caused by fire, riot, acts of God, sovereign, public enemy, and/or war which is beyond that party's control. The STATE may terminate this contract upon written notice after determining such delay or default will reasonably prevent successful performance of the contract. In the event a cause or causes beyond control impact this contract, the STATE may grant a reasonable extension of time and shall not additionally compensate the PURCHASER.

This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
