Disallowed Payments. (1) No payment will be allowed under the following circumstances: (a) The Interpreter is an Employee of the Requester; (b) The Interpreter is a Family Member of the Customer; (c) The Interpreter is compensated for Sign Language Interpreting services by any other means; (d) The place of business has paid staff providing Interpreter services for the requested Appointment (this does not apply to Contractors providing Interpreter services);

Disallowed Payments. The Purchaser’s entity shall not pay for services rendered under the following circumstances: i. The Interpreter is an Employee of the Purchaser’s entity; or ii. The Interpreter is a Family Member of the Consumer. iii. The HCA Medicaid request has no HCA reference number that was received prior to the Appointment.
Disallowed Payments. MPS will disallow all or part of the invoice if any portion of the services is not delivered in strict accordance with this Agreement, the application approved by the DPI, Title IA, Title IIA, Title IIIA and Title IVA rules and regulations, and the invoicing requirements set forth herein. MPS will disallow payment in whole or in part as set forth below: 1. MPS will not pay for services to identify those non-public school children that are eligible to participate; 2. MPS will not reimburse for expenses related to services provided at a school after the date of closing; 3. MPS will not pay for any expenditure related to materials or family engagement expenditures not previously approved on the Title IA and IIIA Pre-Approval Form, Needs Assessment, blanket approved listing or if approval is sought after delivery of the service or purchase of goods; 4. MPS will not pay for any Title IIA expenditure related to materials and supplies expenditures (e.g., graphing calculators) that, although they may benefit students, are not the direct focus of the teachers’ professional development. 5. MPS reserves the right to withhold or disallow payment if services are delivered prior to Provider submitting proof of (1) required criminal background checks; (2) insurance; (3) certified teacher status, (4) student eligibility, or (5) prior to receipt of a fully executed contract; and 6. MPS will not pay for any expenditure not authorized by Title IA, Title IIA, Title IIIA, or Title IVA rules and regulations, including any recruitment or marketing materials.

If only part of the timeslot is filled, the interpreter shall be compensated for any unfilled portion of the Cancelled timeslot. Payment of the Contractor Service Fee for these Appointments is still allowed.
Disallowed Payments. Any payments made to an officer of the Corporation such as a salary, commission, bonus, interest, or rent, or entertainment expense incurred by him, which shall be disallowed in whole or in part as a deductible expense by the Internal Revenue Service, shall be reimbursed by such officer to the Corporation to the full extent of such disallowance. It shall be the duty of the Directors, as a Board, to enforce payment by the officer, subject to the determination of the Directors, proportionate amounts may be withheld from his future compensation payments until the amount owed to the Corporation has been recovered.

Disallowed Payments. All payments made by Employer to or for the account of Employee as compensation, fringe benefit or expense reimbursement under this agreement are made with the understanding and intention that such payments are properly deductible by Employer for Federal income tax purposes, and the making of such payments is expressly conditioned on such deductibility. If any such payment should be, in fact, disallowed as a proper deduction by Employer for Federal income tax purposes, such payment shall be deemed to be, from the date of payment, a loan from Employer to Employee, bearing interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum; and repayable upon demand.

Disallowed Payments. If Borrower or Guarantor make a payment to Lender or if Lender receives any proceeds of collateral, all or any part of which subsequently are invalidated, declared fraudulent or preferential or required to be repaid to Borrower, Guarantor, Borrower's estate, Guarantor's or Borrower's trustee or receiver or any other party, under any bankruptcy, insolvency or other law (state or federal) then the Guaranteed Obligations immediately shall be reinstated to include the amount of such repayment. In addition, all terms and provisions of this Guaranty shall continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be.

Disallowed Payments. No payment will be allowed under the following circumstances: (a) Any connection that was disrupted and resulted in discontinuation of service due to the Interpreters inability to perform; or (b) Time spent in securing a replacement interpreter is not billable.
