Return to DSS any Federal funds which are deferred and/or ultimately disallowed. 7. Maintain the confidentiality of client records and eligibility information. 8. Meet and consult on a regular basis, at least quarterly, with DSS. 9. Conduct all activities recognizing the authority of the single State Medicaid agency.

DOH. Communicate with the local DMCCs that the WA State DMCC requires a bed update from all hospitals throughout the placement region or state (depending on the situation). • Local DMCCs query their regional hospitals for updated bed and specialty/specialist information (through local DMCC process). • Begin patient placement by WA State DMCC. • Communicate transportation requirements of patients to DOH State Transportation Group (Critical Care Transport (CCT)), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS)). • WA State DMCC provides patient placements to the local DMCCs to communicate to their regional hospitals. • DOH State Transportation Group will work with local EOCs and Fire/EMS to coordinate the allocation and movement of transportation assets. DOH will coordinate closely with the WA State DMCCs, local partners, and the WA State DMAC to determine the need for and activate the WA State DMCC. Additionally, DOH, in close coordination with the WA State EMD, will coordinate and manage all transportation required for the movement of patients distributed by the WA State DMCC (See Logistics Section).
