Duty Statements a) Employees appointed to a Leadership Position will have an agreed duty statement setting out:
i) the classification level
ii) the local title of the position (if applicable)
iii) the salary and allowance to be paid
iv) the duties to be carried out
v) the length of tenure of the position
vi) the provision of additional non-contact time (if any).
Duty Statements. The County agrees to provide each employee in the representational unit a current duty statement. Such duty statement shall include, but not be limited to:
A. Each Division will be informed of any training applicable to employees in the Division to include:
1. When and where the training will be held, and
2. Who may apply for the training.
B. Shift: A current and accurate schedule of the shift each employee is assigned to work.
C. The Division to which each employee is assigned: Duties per Department Policy according to their respective Department and a copy of the Department Policy Manual.
Duty Statements. Upon request, a Bargaining Unit 14 employee shall be provided with a copy of the Duty Statement for his/her position in State service. The Duty Statement shall be determined by the appointing power and will be consistent with the Unit 14 employee’s classification. Within ninety (90) days of implementation of any new classification or new classification series, a new Duty Statement will be provided to each impacted employee and the Union.
Duty Statements. When will you receive your Duty Statement? You should receive your Duty Statement when you start work in a new area. If you do not you should notify a Production Team Leader immediately. A Level 5 operator and the person training you in a particular area will induct you in all aspects of the Duty Statement. When will Duty Statements be updated? The BIT will continually update Duty Statements as required. If you have suggestions for improvement you should notify your Team Leader.
