Educational Days and Expenses. Effective January 1st of each year ofin the contract the Hospital shall provide an amount equal to ten (10) hours per nurse in the bargaining unit of non-mandatory educational leave per fiscal year. These funds will be provided to the Bargaining Unit by the Hospital for nurses covered by this agreement, (including PRNresource nurses who regularly work their minimum schedule requirement or more) and who have completed six months of service and who meet their minimum schedule requirements. In addition, the Hospital will provide an amount equal to one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125100) per nurse in the bargaining unit each calendarfiscal year to be applied toward registration fees and related expenses in connection with such educational leave. Related to Educational Days and Expenses

  • Expenses All costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement shall be paid by the party incurring such cost or expense.

  • Travel and Expenses Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in the furtherance of the business of the Company in accordance with the Company’s practices and procedures, as they may exist from time to time. Executive may, in his discretion, elect to purchase, and be reimbursed for, business class tickets on any international flights for which scheduled flight time exceeds five hours. Executive shall keep complete and accurate records of all expenditures such that Executive may substantiate and fully account for such expenses according to the Company’s practices and procedures.

  • Other Fees and Expenses Borrower shall pay to Agent, for its own account, all charges for returned items and all other bank charges incurred by Agent, as well as Agent's standard wire transfer charges for each wire transfer made under this Agreement.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically permitted under the scope of services or consideration provisions. Expenditures made by the Contractor for travel will be reimbursed at the current rate paid by the State and in accordance with the State Travel Policies and Procedures as specified in the current Financial Management Circular. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for appropriateness per Circular guidelines.
