Effect on Seniority. Seniority in the new job title will begin on the effective date of promotion.
Effect on Seniority. During any FMLA leave, the employee shall remain on the seniority list and continue to accrue seniority as provided elsewhere in the Agreement.

Effect on Seniority. This unpaid leave of absence shall not count toward seniority. However, the employee may resume accumulating seniority immediately upon his/her return. The employee shall not lose any previously accrued seniority after such leave.
