Responsibilities and Duties (a) As President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall serve under the board of directors of the Corporation and will perform all duties and will have all powers associated with these positions, as set forth in any job description provided to the Executive by the Corporation or as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Corporation. In addition, the Executive shall be responsible for establishing the business objectives, policies and strategic plans of the Corporation. The Executive shall report directly to the board of directors of the Corporation.
Employees’ Responsibilities State employees have responsibility for initiating discussion to identify and assess their own specific training needs, including but not limited to: • working in partnership with supervisors and managers to meet the agency, work unit, and their own training and development needs, and • actively searching for training opportunities within State service and elsewhere.
Faculty Responsibilities The principles of academic freedom shall be accompanied by corresponding principles of Faculty responsibility. While workload and additional Faculty responsibilities may be provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the following are among the basic responsibilities of the Faculty:
Employee Responsibilities 1. Employees are responsible for notifying their department of an absence prior to the commencement of their work shift or as soon thereafter as possible. Notification shall include the reason and possible duration of the absence.
Employer Responsibilities Recognizing the inherent risk(s) in a correctional setting, the Employer is obligated to provide a safe workplace and to educate employees on proper safety procedures and use of protective and safety equipment. The Employer is committed to responding to legitimate safety concerns raised by the Union and employees. The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.
Company Responsibilities The Company will undertake responsibilities as set forth below:
General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The following objects of local government will inform Employee’s performance against set performance indicators:
Administrative Responsibilities With respect to each Trust Fund, the Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) shall hold and administer, or supervise the administration of, the REMIC Pools and MACR Pools in a manner consistent with and to the extent required by standards of prudence and in substantially the same manner as the Administrator holds and administers assets of the same or similar type held for its own account. In performing its responsibilities hereunder, the Administrator may employ independent contractors or agents. Except as provided in Articles VI, VII and VIII and Sections 9.05 and 9.06 of this Agreement, the Administrator shall not be subject to the control of Holders in any manner whatsoever in the discharge of its responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement. Except with regard to its indemnities under Sections 2.05 and 9.01, the Administrator shall have no liability to any Holder other than for any direct damage resulting from the Administrator’s failure to exercise that degree of ordinary care which it exercises in the conduct and management of its own affairs. In no event shall the Administrator have any liability of any nature for consequential damages. Nothing in this Section shall relieve Xxxxxxx Mac, in its capacity as Guarantor, of its guarantee obligation pursuant to Section 4.06.
Roles & Responsibilities During the MOU Period, the Parties will work together to develop the final scope of the CCA project. The Parties are entering into this MOU in good faith and final project approval is contingent on satisfactory completion of the milestones outlined in Appendix A. CCAG is solely responsible for all costs throughout the approval process. As applicable, CCAG shall maintain adequate insurance coverages for any work conducted on the property ("Property”) depicted in Appendix B during the MOU Period.
