Employee Training Records. The Employer agrees to keep a written record in the individual Employee's departmental file, which indicates which police schools, and seminars the Employee has attended. Upon the request by the Employee, the Employee shall be allowed to include in his departmental file any transcripts for college work or degrees obtained. Employees shall be permitted access to their personnel files as maintained in the department and personnel files.

  • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file.
