Employee’s Right to Participate. Employees have the right to participate in all the employer's meetings, its subcommittee meetings, its general meetings and all other YUFA meetings with the exception of management sessions which the employer may call at anytime to deal with confidential labour relations matters, CUPE 1281 contract negotiations, CUPE 1281 formal grievance, and all matters concerning discipline, discharge, suspension and grievance against members of the CUPE 1281 bargaining unit.

  • How to Participate 4.1.
