Employment Incentives. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Board from offering incentives to attract new employees for bargaining unit positions. Such incentives may include, but shall not be limited to: signing bonus, reimbursement for moving expenses, assistance with repayment of outstanding student loans, and any other incentives as are determined appropriate by the Board. The Board agrees to notify the Association in the event that a newly hired bargaining unit member receives an incentive.
Employment Incentives. 3.11.1. For those unit members initially hired during the 2016-2017 school year and thereafter, the District shall provide hiring incentives for special education moderate/severe teaching credential holders employed to teach and work in District moderate/severe special day classrooms. Such hiring incentives shall be payable in equal annual installments ($1,500, $1,500, $1,500) over the first three (3) years of the unit member's employment.
Employment Incentives. The Board will have the prerogative to grant incentive pay to attract teachers to the District; a one (1) time only bonus can be granted at the time of employment.
Employment Incentives. 3.6.1 DBCMI will offer incentives to assist Project employees who live in the Northwest Territories, including establishing and implementing northern benefits and relocation packages. All incentives and benefits packages will be established, managed and administered solely by DBCMI.
Employment Incentives. Nothing in this Section 7.04 or elsewhere in this Agreement shall preclude Nortel, its Affiliates or subsidiaries from providing additional incentives to a Prospective Employee who is the employee of Nortel, its Affiliates or subsidiaries as an inducement for such Prospective Employee to accept the Company's offer of employment, provided, such incentive is disclosed in advance to the Company and the Company has no objection to such incentive and any and all expense and liability with respect to such incentive (excluding any payments made pursuant to staying bonus agreements) shall be the sole responsibility of Nortel.
