Equipment Training. The cost of the equipment must include training to the Customer that includes, but is not limited to, equipment operating instructions, mounting, removal, operating and safety instructions. If requested by the State, the Contractor will provide the training before the purchase of equipment will be considered complete. No additional training fees may be charged to the Customer.

Equipment Training. (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instructions.
Equipment Training. Company shall, upon request, provide Saint Luke’s with all necessary training, technical documentation and tools (excluding those tools that are readily available) for maintenance, repairs, and updates to the Equipment as reasonably required to support the Equipment. Company shall provide training on all updates and improvements to the Equipment concurrently with training its own service personnel, as well as provide any re- certification necessary in order for Saint Luke’s staff (“Engineering Staff”) to support the Equipment. In the event that Engineering Staff is added to Saint Luke’s, Company shall provide training to the additional Engineering Staff at no additional charge to Saint Luke’s. As part of the obligations of this paragraph, services performed by Engineering Staff shall be treated for purposes of any equipment and/or service warranty, as service performed by Company.
Equipment Training. (a) For and in respect of each item of Not-In-Contract Equipment procured by Project Co and operated by HRRH, Project Co shall, in accordance with Schedule 14 - Outline Commissioning Program, provide or arrange for adequate, appropriate and timely training in the item’s proper operation and maintenance for all applicable HRRH staff.
Equipment Training. In the event that the University introduces new equipment at any medical center/campus which materially affects work performed by a SX unit employee subject to this Agreement, the University shall provide adequate training on new equipment and/or methods of practice. Such training shall not be deducted from the forty (40) hour annual maximum in provision B.3. above.

Equipment Training. Each principal shall establish an annual training session for all teachers who request such training in the use of equipment available in their school. The number of sessions and the duration of each shall be determined by the principal, at the convenience of a majority of the teachers making the request. These sessions shall be established as early in the school year as the principal deems practical.
