When an Unauthorized Transaction or an Error occurs in your Account, PayPal will cover you for the full amount of every eligible Unauthorized Transaction or Error so long as you follow the procedures discussed below.

Errors and Unauthorized Transactions. To protect yourself from errors and unauthorized activity, you should regularly log into your BANEKS Account and review your BANEKS Account statement. BANEKS will notify you of each transaction by sending an email to your primary email address on file. You should review these transaction notifications to ensure that each transaction was authorized and accurately completed. BANEKS will protect you from unauthorized activity and errors in your BANEKS Account. When this protection applies, BANEKS will cover you for the full amount of the unauthorized activity as long as you cooperate with us and follow the procedures described this section. Where this section requires you to notify us, please do so by contacting the customer service hotline at 0-000-000-0000 or contact customer service by email at xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx. We will rectify any Errors that we discover. If the Error results in: o You receiving less than the correct amount to which you were entitled, then we will credit your BANEKS Account for the difference between what you should have received and what you actually received. o You receiving more than the correct amount to which you were entitled, then we will debit your BANEKS Account for the difference between what you actually received and what you should have received.
Errors and Unauthorized Transactions. You have a right to dispute errors in your Transaction. If you think there is an error or that you have not authorized your Transaction, you must contact us within 13 months of the date we promised to you that funds would be made available to the Recipient. The error or problem with the transfer, and why you believe it is an error or problem; 3. The name of the person receiving the funds, and if you know it, his or her telephone number or address; 4. Errors and Unauthorized Transactions. You must contact us regarding errors, unauthorized transactions, and lost or stolen cards relating to Family Accounts as provided in this Agreement. A Family Cardholder cannot contact us regarding errors, unauthorized transactions, or lost or stolen cards relating to their Family Account. If you dispute a transaction or allege that an error has occurred in connection with a Family Account associated with your Account, we may ask the relevant Family Cardholder for additional information regarding the alleged error. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within ten (10) business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the funds during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your account. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. If a notice of error involves an electronic fund transfer that occurred within thirty (30) days after the first deposit to the account was made, the applicable time periods for action shall be twenty (20) business days in place of ten (10) business days. If a notice of error involves an electronic fund transfer that was initiated in a foreign country or occurred within thirty (30) days after the first deposit to the account was made, the applicable time period for action shall be ninety (90) calendar days in place of forty five (45) calendar days.
Errors and Unauthorized Transactions. The COMPANY shall report any errors, omissions or discrepancies between its records and information contained on the System to BANK immediately upon receipt or posting on System. If you believe your Access Codes have been lost or stolen or if you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been made or may be made from one of your BANK accounts you must contact the BANK immediately. COMPANY must review transactions daily to prevent loss associated with an unauthorized transfer. However, once the BANK has executed a payment order, it has no right to recall the entry. Errors and Unauthorized Transactions a. We will notify you of each Transaction by sending you an email and text message to the contact information you have provided us. You agree to review these notices to confirm that each Transaction is authorized by you and correct. You are responsible for any Transactions that may result if you give someone access to your account with us and subsequently allow them to use the Hero Pay mobile app with or without your knowledge.
Errors and Unauthorized Transactions. 12.1. The Company recognizes that unauthorized or erroneous transactions may occur and stresses the importance of monitoring your account on a regular basis by accessing the transaction history segment and reviewing the transactions listed. Should you suspect or believe that there was unauthorized activity in your account and that potentially one of the below instances occurred, immediately inform the Company to take all necessary remedial actions. The list may not be exhaustive. 12.1.1. Your account has been accessed by another person with no authorization for such access; 12.1.2. Your account was used for a transaction you did not authorize; 12.1.3. Your password has been compromised; You are also expected to immediately inform the Company of any erroneous transaction that may have taken place relating to your account, in order for the Company to investigate the cause of the error and take remedial action as necessary. For as long as the Company is content with the justifications provided in relation to the unauthorized use, the Company will not hold you liable for the unauthorized transaction. It will however, exercise its legal rights and hold you fully liable when the Company deems that you tried to defraud by acting in deliberate fashion in granting access to a third person by willingly providing or “unintentionally” exposing your login information to that person. The Company will also hold you responsible and liable when it evidently realizes that either with xxxxx negligence, or intent, you fail to comply with the obligations stemming out of this Agreement and its Terms and Conditions. 12.2. The most immediate way to contact the Company is by reaching the Company’s helpdesk representatives at the telephone number shown on the Company’s website(s), by completing and submitting the online form found on the Company’s website, or alternatively contacting one of its members by sending an email to xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx with the subject heading “Erroneous Transaction” or “Unauthorized Transaction”. Although all telephone incidents are recorded, Company requires you to also submit a written record of the incident providing the Company with any information you may have in your possession and that would make the investigation process faster and the remedial action quicker. If you give someone access to your Account (by giving them your login information) and they conduct transactions without your knowledge or permission, you are responsible for any resulting use. All account transactions shall be deemed to be carried out by you or someone authorized by you.
